I was looking to rent a property for the first time towards the end of last year, I registered with Lettings in Feltham and soon found a property that was ideal. I was kept informed throughout the process and was amazed at how quickly it was before we moved in to our new home. A really great service was provided, which made everything hassle free.

I was on the market for over 6 months trying to sell my property using other agents within my local area but without success until I met with Matthew Swing, Matthew's straight talking and knowledge of the local area was refeshing and gave us an emense lift after 6 months of estate agent lies and promises. Matthew promised and delivered exactly what he said, we were kept up to date with everything from offers viewings feedback until we exchanged contracts within 6 weeks. If your thinking of selling your property contact Matthew Swing and Partners they do exactly what they say. its so refreshing dealing with agents you can trust and who will deliver results :)

Matthew Swing and Partners have been managing the rental of a property I own in the Whitton area for 18 months now and I would like to commend them for their very professional manner, excellent communication and hassle free approach. I have had no problems during this time and would highly recommend them.

Matthew Swing and Partners on Whitton High Street should be put out of business. If you sign a tenancy agreement with this company beware! You will be overcharged for everything and screwed around with charges which are not listed in your tenancy agreemeent. I would highly recommend that you avoid this agency. If someone moves out during the tenancy, you will be charged even though the charges should fall onto the shoulders of the person moving into the house in your place. If your entire household moves out, you will be charged for additional services which they force upon you without evidential invoices. They miss out points on inventory reports and charge you unwillingly. All in all there is not enough space here for me to vent how much I despise this estate agency. Please do me a favour and share this review with everyone you know in contact with them so that we can put them out of business once and for all.

Rude and arrogant salesmen!! Will do anything for a sale even if it means putting their prospective buyers into unsuitable properties and pushing them for a sale. Very uncomfortable to deal with.
