I have just renewed my tenancy for a third year and have been very happy with the service at Martin & Wright. I haven't had any problems with the property so haven't had any experience of how Martin & Wright deal with disputes, but have felt very supported so far. The staff are always pleasant and reliable, and I would definitely continue renting with this agency.

I have been dealing with Jay Hayden in the process of finalising my tenancy at the property, after it had been sold. Jay has made sure that both my flatmate and I have stayed informed as to the stages at which the sale was, though it was not his responsibility. Throughout our dealings he remained very helpful and went out of his way to make the process as easy and stressfree for us as possible.
Jay always maintains a friendly demeanour and is professional and communicative. He is easy to get in touch with and responds to any query in the shortest possible time. It is obvious Jay enjoys his job, as it translates into his incredibly positive attitude towards customers. It was an absolute pleasure having an agent like Jay.

Unscrupulous agent -- DO NOT USE! Aggressive sellers. Pushy. Ask for rent before it is due. Slow to return prepaid rent at the end of the lease. Try and charge for everything under the sun. Attempt to take money out of your deposit on behalf of their client at the end of the lease for things like 'removal of boxes', when no boxes were left in the property other than those that were the owner's when one moved in. STAY AWAYYY!!!! you will regret it. Aggressively negotiate for their client, not fairly negotiate, but attempt to completely sc rew you and give everything to their client.

I dealt with Martin and Wright for the last 4 years as a tenant and they were always very professional, they found me a really nice to place to live and the transaction was very smooth, I would highly recommend them to someone looking for a place around west hampstead !

We used Martin and Wright to view several properties before choosing our current property with them. They were all very helpful and listened to our requirements and feedback during viewings. Jay has always been friendly and happy to help and Susan deals with queries efficiently.

Good sales service, pleasant and honest during the viewing. Problems in the communication of issues on a timely basis - chasing 1 month rent 3 days before we moved in staing it was late, asking for deposit before they would order furniture. Small hiccups took away from a good initial experience

I contacted Sacha through Zoopla. He was very attentive and told me the properties the agency had to rent based on my budget and zone preferences. He also called me to speak about them.
When we went to see the places, it was very fast and I did not have time enough time to watch property details, which I did not like. However, I asked him to see one property again and I had enough time to see it properly.
Overall it was good.

I was urgently looking for a flat, and with the help of Jay and Claudia they managed to get me into a suitable property within 2 weeks. Jay was extremely helpful in emailing me suitable properties to view and understood that I am unable to answer my phone during the workday and sending me emails instead. Claudia handled all the paperwork and was extremely efficient and organised, being able to sort all the references and other documentation before my move date. They are also both very friendly and helpful throughout the whole tenancy arrangement.

Having used numerous agents over the past few years, I was pleasantly surprised at my experience with Martin & Wright. Chloe Martin was extremely helpful, professional and likeable - resulting in a hassle free and enjoyable property search. Everything was completed in a highly efficient, quick and organised way. Jay Hayden organised the initial appointment at the property in question and was also very professional and helpful.
Would definitely use Martin & Wright again in the future and will certainly recommend them.

The agent was very professional from start to finish, arrived on time and was very pleasant, answering all of our questions about the property and elaborating on her answer where necessary. I also found that she was very receptive to our requests and tried her best to make them a reality, her generals net was on of the reasons we decided to take the property.

Guys at Marting & Wright are very helpful and quite efficient when it gets to draft a contract, collect references and manage your move. good website with proper description of flat. Would recommend them, however they are slightly expensive and would suggest them to help tenants more in negotiating better price or conditions with prospective landlords i.e. to be on tenants side in negotiations.

Very helpful with any queries we had about our contract. Responded quickly. Everything in the flat as expected, except I advise you ask about the inventory list in advance so that you don't get any unnecessary furniture or piece of equipment.

We have used services of Jay recently to find a flat for rent. Refreshingly for the first time in my life I came across an estate agent who was extremely professional and efficient. He took time to list to exactly what we wanted and with his help we found a flat after the first viewing. When I met Jay Hayden at the first viewing he was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely keen for me to find the right property. He had 4 properties to show me that were all suitably within my price range and fitted my criteria perfectly. Jay drove me to two different locations and allowed me to view 4 flats, all within the space of an hour. I immediately found what I was looking for and Jay was excellent in helping my offer and subsequent paperwork to be quickly processed. Jay also accommodated my preferred methods of payment as well as my tenancy commencement date. His communication was excellent and provided a professional, friendly and all round pleasant experience for something that can often be quite stressful, ie finding a new property at short notice. Would definitely reccommend.

My first dealings with Jay were in reponse to my online email enquiry. From initial contact Jay was very professional and went above and beyond to ensure that unlike so many other letting agents, he wasn't going to bombard me with useless, irrelevent emails or contact us about properties which were outside our specifications. We also had a very tight deadline to meet and instead of being daunted by our requirements, Jay immediately arranged viewings for the properties he had, and by the time the appointment came, he had arranged additional properties to view which he thought we would like....
