OK, so they are pushy, and smug! But they can sell your house and thats what you are paying them for. You're not going to end up sending them a Christmas card, but you know they'll sell your house quick.

You tried to sell a commercial property through martin flashman? why would you? they only do residential sales? sold my house on Telford Drive in no time... ?
