   I have had dealings with three estate agents over the past year and Mark Beaumont are by far the best. I found dealings with them very easy and both Cliff and Andy were very helpful, I have also recommended them to friends. I also found tenant admin fees reasonable (even more so compared to another lettings agent). For these reasons I would definitely use them again.

   I asked Mark Beaumont to sell my property after using other agents in the area to no avail. I have to say that I found all the staff friendly and helpful and even though I had a couple of sales fall through they still kept me updated and in the loop at every step. Very professional and on the ball throughout. I would definitely use them again in the future.

   I have dealt with Mark Beaumont to sell and consequently to buy my property. The service I have received was outstanding. I dealt with Maria and Laura who are very professional women. What I liked about dealing with them was that they were not lads just out of school which is what you predominantly find with most estate agents. They were well informed of their areas, very sensitive, intelligent and quick witted. They are not your average estate agents, they build up a relationship with their clients so that they can taylor your requirements for what suites you as a buyer. They also do block viewings which minimises interruptions when you are selling. They also follow up any concerns you have about buying or selling, usually within a few hours.

   I will definitely be using them and recommending them in the future as a unique, very friendly estate agents. Thanks very much Maria and Laura for helping me through what could have been a more stressful time of home moving.

   I rented a flat recently from Mark Beaumont and was pleasantly suprised. Unlike some of the big chain estate agents, they have the personal touch and are more than happy to help with and questions I had. I will definatly be using them again.

   Having used Mark Beaumont and his staff to purchase my property I wanted to report on the high level of professionalism displayed throughout the entire process. I never felt I had to chase up for progress, constant contact was made by the staff so that I was always aware of what stage of the sale we were at. I found all the staff I spoke with to be polite and knowledgeable and they went above and beyond to ensure the purchase of my property went as smoothly as possible. Mark in particular was a very charming person to deal with and it was indeed refreshing to have a 'no nonsense' estate agent that didnt spin me lines and make promises they couldnt keep.

   I would say to ignore any negative comments, I would 100% recommend Mark Beaumont and the team to purchase a property from and I will most certainly look to resell my property through them when the time comes.

   We bought and subsequently let our flat through Beaumonts. The property has been managed by them since letting, and we have nothing but praise for Cliff and the team. We have been reliably and promptly informed of any problems, which have been quickly and cost effectively dealt with, our tenants are delighted with both the flat and its management. No problem in recommending them, and would use them again if we had another property in the area.

   Mark Beaumont provided a first class service in sellng my flat and exhibited continued advice, patience and good humour though what was a difficult transaction for all involved, the service from George Quinn and the rest of the team was exemplary and went above and beyond what I expected.

   I would like to say that when i sold my propety through Mark Beaumot, i could not fault the company at all.
   The team worked none stop to make sure the sale went through without an hitch,
   I have read about the struggle with Estate Agents, and was not looking forward to the prospect.
   However they made the whole experience a delightful one , which made me feel very special, so the move to my new home was a pleasure.
   i would certainley reccommend themto deliver the experience that we all deserve.
   Remembering when leaving your home it feels sad, but the happy staff made me feel i was on a pleasurable journey.

    Although Mark Beaumont Lettings appear to be very personable, friendly and helpful to start. This standard of service is very short lived after money has changed hands!

    After renting a house with 4 others in the local area most of our dealings went through our Landlord rather than Beaumonts. This I am very grateful of as at the end of contract we returned to have our deposit released, to find a complete shambles of an organisation.    Total shamballs. George Quinn, one of the members of sales, outright rejected my first offer without even consultanting the vendor.

   I repeatedly requested for a HIP and was told that "it would come on Monday". It didn't.

   All subsequent offers just seemed to be shrugged off and I didn't get any responses back.

   if you are thinking about selling via them don't! I've never ever had to put up with so much back stabbing in my life.

   I was told by local agents in the area that Mark Beaumonts lacked all integrity and more specifically that Mark himself was a "fat liar".Unfortunately the flat I found was being sold exclusively through Beaumonts who:
   1) Constantly gave conflicting information about key aspects including the freehold/leasehold and number of other flats within the property.
   2) Refused to take my first offer to the vendor as "he" felt it was too low.
