   I would like to thank Mark and his team for the fantastic work and service provided in selling my house. I originally used another agent who gave me a valuation that was way to high. Mark came to my house and showed me other houses that had sold in my road and immediate area. They then sent more than 20 people to my house and got several offers. Their approach is very refreshing. They work hard and do what they say which very unusual with estate agents. I have read the reviews from their longstanding clients and agree that they are a great agent. The other agent I used insulted Mark Ashley and called them names. My advise is that the other agents should learn how to be better agents rather than insulting the best agent in the area

   The agent who took us on viewings was helpful but once we started putting in an offer, Mark got involved and was very pushy. During the conveyancing process, he was very rude with us and our solicitor, and had an aggressive manner on the phone.
   Also, when we asked for a reduction in sale price due to inherent problems uncovered by the building survey, Mark told us that the costs that we were suggesting were unreasonable and completely unheard of in his 20+ years in the industry. Yet our requested reduction was subsequently confirmed by a surveyor (appointed by Mark Ashley) to be entirely reasonable.
   If you are in the unfortunate position of having to deal with these agents, suggest you ignore their rude and aggressive 'threats' and proceed at your own pace and rely on your own solicitors / surveyors.

   I have known Mark Ashley Estate Agents for many years. I have taken the trouble to write this review to defend their name and explain to the public that they should ignore the false negative reviews written on this websie. I own a portfolio of properties and have used Mark Ashley to sell and let my properties. They have always looked after my best interests and their service is the best I have ever experienced. I would trust them with my life! It is my belief that their success has caused great jealosy amongst their competiors which is why they have been insulted in this way. If you use their services you will be very pleased

   I have been using the services of Mark Ashley & Co for many years. I have also spoken to most other estate agents in the area as well. I would like to tell the readers of reviews that the negative reviews about Mark Ashley & Co are unfair and untrue. Other agents are very jealous of their success and the only way they can retaliate is to publish false comments. I have been a landlord and vendor for a long time and I believe that Mark Ashley are the best agent in the area. They are more ethical and honest than other agents. They also sell and let more properties than anyone else. Myself and other clients are writing these reviews to try and counter the false negative reviews that have been written by agents and not genuine customers

   I instructed an estate in Edgware call ABC Alderman to sell my flat. They told me thy had lots of buyers and would sell the flat very quickly. Nothing they told me was true, they sent 2 buyers in four months. When I complained they told me to be more patient. I then approached Mark Ashley & Co in Burnt Oak. They sent me 20 buyers in three weeks and to my delight sold my flat. They personally bought all of the buyers to my flat. They worked so hard and their service, attitide and proffesionalism was first class. If you are selling your property please use Mark Ashley & Co

   I am a landlord and have been using the services of Mark Ashley & Co for more than ten years. They are the best and most professional agent I have ever used. None of my properties have ever been empty. All of the tenants they have introduced have always paid their rent on time and looked after the property. Mark Ashley & Co have a very thorough referencing process and only deal with working tenants. I would happily reccomend Mark Ashley & Co to anyone

   Mark Ashley & Co sold my house and I have to say their service was fantastic. They worked tirelessly sending more than 50 prospective buyers to my house and they personally showed every person night and day. Their passion and commitment was incredible. The knowledge and experience of all aspects of the industry is the best I have ever seen. I hope this review convinces othe owners and landlords to use their services

   I am very happy that you guys place comments like this that help other decide easier. Mark and Ashley are absolutely pushy. I tried to rent my place with tenants that Mark & Ashley found them. First I had to sign some papers that I would stop advertising the property with other agencies which I did. After I was promissed that by Mark and Ashley that they will find best tenants that they and half way into credit chacking and bank statment I found out that tenants they were trying to sign contract with were from some retail store and their bank statemtns showed around £2000 overdraft. After having issues with previous tenants I had to refuse these tenants and went with another Estate Agent. After I refused those tenants Mark from Mark and Ashley kept calling me to find out about what kind of tenants I have accepted and from what agency. they were very agressive on the phone and there was no time where I could actually talk as Mark would never let me talk as he was angry I refused his tenants

   I couldn't believe the cheek of this estate agent, for a 6 month temp contract they wanted an admin fee of £300 along with other costs for a simple bedsit that would cost a third of that per week! What sort of admin work do they think they're doing. And again as with previous comments, I found them to be pushy, asking if I could give them a good reason when I decided not to go through with the agreement. Don't trust these agents!

    Mark Ashley Estate Agents lied about the background of the tenant who turned out to be DSS (despite the agent having a policy of not hiring DSS candidates). The tenant did not pay rent for 4.5 months (leaving them approx £4500 in arrears) and I was unable to remove them from the property due to their circumstances. Mark Ashley Estate Agents have refused to refund any of the £1700 fee paid at the outset of the tenancy.    First of all unprofessional, second of all rude, pushy, obnoxious, arrogant and bully. They seem to be nice when you are looking for a property, but as soon as you become a tenant, they will treat you in very opposite way. Avoid, avoid, avoid.... and remember to make written complain to them if you have any problem, because nobody does, they think they are great.

   I agree with all the sentiments above. They are rude, pushy, obnoxious and so far up their own.... (yet I was the landlord they were trying to 'work with'). Told them in no uncertain terms to never call my phone again as they were the ones who approached me after seeing my advert on Gumtree.

   One of the worst estate agent, rude, arrogant, bully, They seems to have memory loss problem to suit themselves. If you agree with one agent other would say that never agreed on it and they won't remember either. Don't deal with this agent. Avoid at all cost. Don't give money. I can't believe people like these are allowed to do business. Please please someone take some action. If you unfortunate enough to deal with them, well you would have found out by now.

   In the summer of 2010 I asked for my property to be valued by Mark Ashley & Co. The agent came to my house and was telling me about underhand dealings and how they inflate the price of properties to deceive buyers and then tell potential buyers that they can knock a huge percentage off. They asked me to pay them a deposit. I being a seller was obviously interested at first. I told them to give me time to think about it. They advertised my property without my consent. Although I had sold my property via another agent my property is still on their website.

   I can assure you that their website is not up to date. Try calling them and find out for yourself!

   I warn any potential buyer/seller to stay well clear of them. Never hand any money to them! Buyers to never listen what they have to say.

   Worst experience in my life. The are rude, no communication skills, totally lacking any understanding of customer services.

   Get everything in writing as they suffer from selective memory loss, all assurances, inventory, handover because they change their stories depending on which member of staff you speak with and blame communication breakdown on tenants when they are not prepared to get all parties in their offices to resolve as I suggested. Keep well away.
