the service with this letting agency is awful. i can never get any response from the letting agent by phone or e-mail. repairs still have not been done to the property i am renting after 8 months of informing the letting agent

Can't stress enough what a poor service tenants receive. The owner just wants to 'make cakes' in her words, and it shows when you try and get anything done.
