   Superb agent who goes the extra mile for all it's clientel , wether as a selling agent or dealing with prospective purchers.
   They take the hassel away from the client and take it on themselves, portraying endless energy and enthusiasm in what can be a very daunting task. Many thanks for all your help from a serial house mover.!!

   First class service from the moment I made contact with the office to the time the property was sold.
   The staff were charming, helpful and kept us fully informed at all times.They always returned phonecalls and kept us informed of viewings, prospective buyers comments etc etc.
   The Manager was positive and constructive with his advice.
   We had 23 viewings and 7 offers and the property sold within 10 weeks.
   Very different service from any other estate agent i have dealt with, very professional, caring service.
   First class.

   After an abortive sale with a previous agent Darren convinced us that M and B provided a much higher level of service and indeed they did; finding a buyer very quickly and completing our sale.
