I have enjoyed doing business with Manners over and over again. The company deliver results...always! I have never had a problem renting my flat with Manners. The longest my flat has been empty is one week! Every time I need to talk to anyone at Manners it feels like I'm talking to "a family"...everyone knows everyone! Thank you for a job well done. x

I previously used Principal who turned into Leaders, but they were dreadful. Jim and Nikki at Manners have been a revelation, they are on the ball and their service is superb. I sometimes wonder at the periodic extras, but then you get what you pay for. What a shame they don't do block management as well, Woking is crying out for a reputable manager on the doorstep and the town is full of blocks.

Thanks to the first class service from Manners Residential we lived worry free in the USA for 11 years while they managed our Woking property. Maintenance issues were always addressed promptly and they carried out regular inspections of our property. We always felt they fairly represented the tenants. Would highly recommend.

Well, where do you start giving a review about this complete and utter shower?
Back in November 2009, a friend and I were looking for a flat in the Woking area and came into contact with Manners Residential who showed us round a flat which we eventually took. The process of signing up could not have gone more smoothly, with a guy named ***** responsible for the processing of our tenancy application. *****, for those of you who have not seen him, looks remarkably like the scientist who featured in the Tefal adverts during the 1980s although sadly, was far less charismatic. Terrible service. Only interested in your money. Poor knowledge and customer service skills. Not interested in any problems you may have. Just awful. Learnt a lot about what to avoid in a letting agent. Rude and unprofessional

Manners Residential is a local company that provides a professional, efficient and personal service. Before becoming a landlady, my husband and I were tenants of Manners for 18 months. We were looked after very well as tenants, so I had no hesitation in asking Manners to look after my 5 properties when I moved into the Buy-to-Let market. I highly recommend Manners.

Manners have looked after my flat for around 10 years now and I have never had a single reason to be disassified with their service. In fact, they have been constantly professional, helpful, proactive and a pleasure to work with. They have always explained procedures to me with patience and care and carried out their functions honestly and promptly. They are a valued part of my life and I owe them much. Thanks Manners ... I have used Manners Residential to find me tenants for my portfolio of properties for over ten years. I have never considered changing agents as their service and quality of tenants they have provided has always been of a very high standard. My void periods in the time have been almost non-existent. Their advice and guidance has been invaluable.

Absolutely nightmare service. The team is not bothered about either the tenant or the landlord. I never thought I would move away from tenancy agreement but was forced due to lack of attention, systematic delays, no response and generally not interested attitude - I would never ever recommend this agent to anyone.

Deposit put down, Manners took nearly two months to complete the referencing with FCC Parragon. We still did not know the morning we were supposed to move in whether we had been accepted. Leaving us homeless with our possessions in a van outside their offices. Inventory incomplete on moving in. They led me to believe for the first 5 months of my 8 month tenancy that the property was not managed by them, when it was. Very unhelpful throughout.
Tried to charge us fee for professional cleaning, when we had cleaned the flat top to bottom, over 20 man-hours.Was this review helpful? Yes
