My property was on the market with them for 5 months and around 7 viewings in that time and didnt find them very professional. I was given misleading information and even on two occasions, was told a buyer was going to make an offer, no offers!. The publishing photo of the outside of my house was poor, leading to lack of interest in my opinion, I asked them numerous times to take a better one, but nothing done. On one viewing, potential buyers were there for all of 2 mins as apparently they were keen to view another house! NO SALE unfortunately.

I bought a house through another agent and on day of exchange the seller pulled out because moving was just too stressful for them!!!! My boyfriend and I found a property we liked through Mackenzie Smith in Fleet and the salesman Chris was great, he stayed late so we could view the house as he knew how upset we were and needed to find a house quickly. We then were passed to Michael the Manager to negotiate on the property who did an amazing job. Since the offer went through Michael has been in contact with us constantly, helping us through the whole process and answering any questions we have. With his support and extremely kind approach we have managed to exchange and complete within 4 weeks. Thanks Michael you've made our Christmas!!!
