We found everybody we spoke to at Lynch and Co, extremely helpful, polite and professional. They kept in regular contact with us throughout the whole process, updating us with progress of the sale. We were very happy with the way our property was marketed and had several viewings within the first week of putting it on the market.

Extremly pleased with there professional manner that they conducted the sale. Very friendly and always kept us up to date with all developments. We had plenty of viewings and were always on hand to answer questions or just generally support us through the sale.

Very professional providing excellent support from start to finish. Understood the local market and organized a good number of viewings especially given the market. All their staff seemed to know what they were doing. They kept us informed throughout the sale and the status of the chain. They also seemed to work well with us and the eventual buyer.

Ben, John and Dudley were brilliant thorught the whole process of selling our house in Woking. They are honest, informative, polite, professional and patient. When our initial buyer withdrew they found another in a matter of days and monitored the progress daily so that we could get our dream house. It is an absolute pleasure dealing with such a friendly team and I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone thinking of selling their property.

I think that if I had been buying through any other agent, my purchase would have probably fallen through. William demonstrated excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills. We also dealt with Dudley and Ben who demonstrated equal skills when William wasn't around.

I used them to sell my late parents house. Ben Fleet was professional from the start. Ben was the member of staff who dealt with the property all the way through. It wasn't any easy transaction as the property had serious issues. He stayed calm and polite throughout. I would recommend Lynch & Co to anyone. The most professional agents in town.

I highly recommend Lynch & Co and specifically Ben Fleet. His quality of work and professionalism is beyond any other in the industry. Lynch received my listing during the lowest point of housing sales and were patient and diligent until a sale was finally concluded. Ben made the process as painless and as stress-free as selling a house can be.

We used Lynch & Co to sell my mother's bungalow in Knaphill (Woking). They were very considerate and kept in touch with us during the whole process. Unfortunately it was in the middle of the recession but this did not stop Lynch doing their best and eventually sold the property. Very nice people and very fair. Would use them again without any doubt.

We bought a property and Ben Fleet was the agent. I have bought a few properties in the past and this experience was by far the most pleasurable. Ben did an excellent job... by far the best agent I have ever dealt with.

Property was sold within a week of advertising and for more money than the property was originally advertised for (in this current climate). you cannot ask for any more than that.

We bought a house through Lynch a month ago. Our main contact was Ben Fleet who managed the closing very professionally. He kept us constantly updated on the progress, dealt solicitors on both sides to speed up the signing and was always very helpful answering our questions (we are fist time buyers so we had a lot of those). We would definitely recommend him to our friends.

We sold with Lynch our property in the very difficult market of Summer 2009. Their valuation was obviously spot on as the house sold in less than 2 weeks going to best and final offers. (Other estate agents had valued it lower).

In a hard market, with few buyers, Lynch were patient and communicative. In the end they achieved a good result, lining up several potential buyers to make 'best and final offers'. They monitored the sale from offer through to exchange and then on to completion very well under trying circumstances. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I recently sold my property through Lynch & Co and was delighted with their service. Lynch & Co offered realistic advice and operated with integrity an were professional through out my sale. I wouldn't use another agent in the Woking area.

We sold our property through Lynch and Company and dealt mainly with Mr. Ben Fleet. He was excellent, very thorough and efficient, and was in daily contact with us. He did an outstanding job in every respect, and we recommend him highly.
