Not a very good experience, and thier charges are hilarious. They charge A LOT more then high st agents - for no better service. Perhaps they should stop buying loads of personal number plates and spend the money on customer service training for thier staff. Would not recommend at all - avoid, there are plenty of other agents in the area. We found a brilliant one, high st name and half the price!

On moving out we had the carpets professionally cleaned, and Luff used a check-out agency. The agency were happy with the condition of the property, but Luff were not and demanded that our cleaner re-clean the property for free. We refused, the check-out agency weren't interested. we ended up losing £200 because at the time I didn't have the heart to chase and fight!!
