   Hi, i was really really happy with all the advice, help and support i received not only during one of my many initial calls but right throughout the daunting process of trying to securely rent a property. The help i received throughout was really helpful, and i was a bit nervous at first as i have heard it is so much hasstle renting but it was made so easy for me that it was actually really fast and easy. I would really recomend using Ludlow-Thompson, both effiecient and helpful. Thanks guys

   Andrew was really helpful in assisting us, not only with booking times that suited us but also in all the information and details he provided. I dont often write reviews but it has to be said in this case that the support was really good and andrew helped us secure a property with minor hasstle and in real short notice which was a major issue for us.
   Andrew and Ludlow-Thompson have been really helpful from the start to the final agreement stages. Both personal and professional in their help, they provide a really effiecient service and were always more than helpful with our many many questions and queries.
   Great help, and really professional support, no fuss and no messing around as can sometimes be the case.

   I wasn't 100% on using this company, not due to previous poor service with them in particular, but many others.

   Having spoken with Patrick in some detail around my requirements and whether he may be able to help out, I found that instead of pushing me towards "any old property in my price bracket" as most have done in the past. He took more of a consultative approach, listening to the sort of property I was after to meet my variable working & personal commitments and understood that it wasn't just finding a property to meet my budget, but one that added value to my personal & professional life.

   I am extremely happy with my new property and my experience with Patrick has given me a new found confidence in the market... not that I would be going through anyone else before seeing Patrick and his team again first.

    Thanks to Haveez Hassam for his expertise in assisting our daughter negotiate the mine field of London rentals. She has been greatly assisted by your knowledge of the reference process.     Excellent service from Tom and Stephen, who were open, honest and approachable throughout the whole process. They listened to what we wanted, never tried to make us look at properties outside of where we wanted or above our budget and were generally a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I would urge anybody looking into renting in East Dulwich to consider the Ludlow Thimpson Branch.

    Nathan and all the staff at Ludlow and Thompson were very friendly and efficient. He had our application organised quickly and we could have potentially moved in within a matter of days. Nathan was happy to take us to properties with little notice and organised viewings very quickly.

    Both Adam and Ryan were very friendly and apprachable throughout. They ensured we understood the tenancy agreement and were happy to take as much time to explain it to us as necessary. They were very prompt at getting back to us if we had queries and made me feel like I was in a very friendly environment when in the office to finalise the tenancy. We are very happy with our new property and this wouldnt have been possible without the help of Adam and Ryan so I am very grateful. I would reccomend this agency and specifically these two employees to anyone.

    Chloe Adams is my favourite estate agent who is helping me find a flat. She is utterly professional, responds immediately, even to my last minute viewing requests and out of hours. She tries her utmost to accomodate my viewing requests, kindly waits for me when I'm late/get lost on the way. But above all - unlike other estate agents that I've met I don't feel pressurised into decisions by her or hunted down. She respects the decisions I take without trying to overwhelm me with her suggestions (which I don't like) and gives me time and space - and what I call respect and she can listen. For that reason I enjoy dealing with her and I just wish all estate agents were like her. Top marks to her and I hope to find my property through her.

    The Agent provided a friendly and professional for myself in trying to secure a property deal whilst listening and understanding my needs.Aside from business responded to my requests and communicated in a way that i fully understood the requirements of the vendor whilst maintaining the position of my self and other buyers in securing a deal. In addition, even if a particular vendor was difficult to negotiate Chloe was always willing to offer alternatives and similar properties that suited my price range together with my buyers and made me think that possibly other Agents were the same. i would recommend such service to be displayed and would recommend Ludthompson for this reason.

    I have bought my first property using Ludlow Thompson as the primary source.
    The agent Kashif Awan, was dealing with me from day one and consistently met all my requirements.
    First their working hours and flexibility to organize viewings after 7pm was great.
    The flexibility and response reply took him 15 minutes at most.
    The interaction with the vendor and their solicitor was followed in timely manner and Ialways was provided
    an update.
    Any question that I had regarding the property related to lease and other details was given to me after proper
    research was done and backed up with documentation. This was never given to me before from other agents
    and companies.
    Kashif assisted me till the last day, when I really needed to rush and complete this purchase before
    the end of 23rd March.
