   It was my first experience with lettings company, and so far im happy. My consultant Stephen and rest of the staff were very professional helpful and friendly.
   They were very clear in terms of references and it was fast and pleasant it didn't took too long to check it and they were guiding us through the process. Which was very helpful because it was our first time in letting.
   In general i had pleasant experience with them, a bit pricey but pleasant. Everything work out well as we were expecting, there were no delays or some extra problems.
   Finally as we planed and were promised we have got keys of the house we moved in to.

   I agreed to let my flat in Nassington Road thru Leon who is no longer with the company. I do not normally use letting agents but did so in 2007 on the understanding that that I would not have to pay a renewal fee should the tenants stay after 1 year. Foolishly I did not insist on Leon confirming this in writing. On the day before the tenants moved in I was given a 15 page Agreement to sign. At this time I was under a great deal of pressure as I was studying and had assingment deadlines looming.    Excellent, seamless team in the form of Sue and Mandy who were professional, tenacious, personable, committed, honest, knowledgeable, responsive and reliable. As a result of my experience I am now going to let out the flat using ludlow thompson. I was very impressed and they made a stressful, sometimes torturous process a much better one as I felt that I was in capable hands at all times.

    They were really professional compared to other local agents who didn't even turn up to the appointment. We arranged viewings within 24 hours and got an offer too whithin a week at the asking price.

    Since I have been dealing with David directly,I have noticed a marked improvement in response times from Ludlow. Being based overseas makes it very important to have a good agent which had not been the case at all with the last company I dealt with. David always responds quickly to all my emails and takes prompt action; again something that I had not been accustomed to with my previous agent. I have recently undergone a new tenant search and David not only identified a candidate tenant at a reasonable rate; but then quickly found and recommended a second tenant at an increased rate. It was good to have two options to consider. I now know that I have a reliable contact in the UK who promptly answers and actions my queries. Well done.

    We wanted to rent a flat without any idea about how to do it and what to expect. Ian and Billy from Finsbury park agency made the best to help us! They was always free when we get questions and when we wasn't sure about any details. At list, they spend quite a long time on our case! My partner and I are French, so we couldn't have any guarantor in UK and they contacted the landlord to fixed this detail.
    I didn't know what to expect when you passed by an agency but now, I know that the agency staff is always doing the best for their costumers.

    We were recommended Ludlow Thompson by our previous landlords who said that they had a good experience and that the level of service was great. We can't disagree with this. The agents were always available to help and were happy to investigate queries for us.

    The whole process worked very fast and without a hiccup, exactly what we were looking for. The property we found with them is fantastic as well which is always a bonus.

    An absolutely refreshing experience. We first met Ian when he came to the property to give us a valuation, we met 3 or 4 agents before all of which we were not comfortable with using. Ian is an absolute asset to ludlow thompson he sat and had a cup of tea with myself and my wife and explained absolutely everything right down to the smallest detail and smallest charge. It is so refreshing to meet an agent so honest we have a few friends with properties that we shall be passing Ians way.     Jake is a highly competent and articulate chap. He was thorough and easy to deal with. In general I'm very cynical about estate agents but Jake was noticibly different from my past experiences. In the UK where agents reperesent both the land-lord and the tennant, you never know if you are being represented with your best interests at heart but I felt about as confident as I ever will with Jake's management of the process.

    On top of numerous problems with Ludlow & Thompson similar to other accounts on this site, a staff member was very rude to us over the phone and then put the phone down. when we complained there responce was:

    "With respect to the phone call you had ... our phone calls are monitored and therefore I do not believe that Daniel would have spoken to you in such matter"

    we promptly responded telling them it is there legal obligation to mention if a call is monitored & if that was the case please may we listen to the call to which rather laughably there response was, their calls are NOT monitored really!
    This being the tip of the unprofessional ice berg we advise all not to board this ship of fools

    I have had very bad experiences with Estate Agents in the past and so have very low expectations..... But everyone who I have dealt with at this branch of Ludlow Thompson have been excellent!

    I didnt feel like I was being lied to when originally shown properties and nothing I was shown was outside my budget. Also compared to other Estate Agents i used, everyone seemed to be making an effort to help.

    The process of applying for tenancy was also made very easy by the helpful staff and website; again something that is usually a gimic actually makes the whole thing so much more convenient. I work stupid hours and to be able to access the information and go through each step when I got home from work (rather than having to take time off from work to do it during the work day) made such a difference.

    Plus I found a cool flat.

    I would sincerely recommend them again - thank you.
