   Zain was extremely fast in responding to my emails, he manged to arrange viewings at short notice. He was vey polite and informative. He gave me an honest view of the current market and how competitive tooting is. I appreciate he had the time to answer all my question as this was the first time I planned to rent.very trust worthy agent, I will definately recommend to all.

   Since letting my property I've had a few ocassions where I've needed to contact Sarah by both phone and email. She has always responded promptly and dealt with my queries/problems both efficiently and effectively. Sarah is certainly a great advert for Ludlowthompson. When I first approached the company I had the pleasure of dealing with Nick Harris and Ash, and once the letting was finalised, Sarah took over. Initially I was concerned that I may not receive the same service, but this never materialised. Sarah has been brilliant.
   It's a shame I can't say the same for the accounts department, but thankfully has been on hand to sort out my problems

   We bought a flat through Ludlow Thompson in Finsbury Park and found Tom and Olly excellent to deal with. Tom thought the flat might suit us and contacted us about it. As negotiations with the seller continued, Tom was proactive in finding ways to resolve sticking points. We were very happy with their service and would go to them again.

   When I first made enquiry about a property I found online, it was already let to someone else and this was disappointing for me. However, Emma Bell, a letting agent, at the Lewisham branch took some details from me i.e earnings, preferred location, and the size of the property I was interested in. Immediately she did a search and recommended a different property and assured me that she would take the property off the market if pay a set fee and the money will be refunded to me in full if I decide not to take it after first viewing.

    A very professional appearance. Showed the property well. He was able to answer all our questions with regards to renting with Ludlow Thompson and all the technicalities involved.
    When I went to the office to pay the deposit he was fast at dealing with the practicalities and patient when I needed time to think about things and wait for an answer from my husband.
    When looking at further properties (as our proposal was not accepted by the landlady) he contacted me straight away when he thought there was something interesting for our family.
    He always answered well on the phone and promptly delt with problems that arose.

    Just to say that we've always found Lois to be extremely efficient and helpful in all our dealings relating to our property in Acton, West London.     I have nothing but good things to say about Gerard and the sales team at Ludlow Thompson. I have been looking for a property to buy in the Kensington/Oval area for some time. Gerard made sure I always knew about new properties as soon as they came on the market and would never pressurise me into making an offer. He would always make himself available for viewings, even when at awkward times. Would highly recommend.

    My property is currently under offer, it went quite smoothly.(went under off within less than 2 weeks i think).
    The floorplan taken wasn't correct but got corrected asap when notified and it didn't stop potential buyers coming to view it.
    The internet site is particularly good as it let you see what viewings are being booked and what are the feedbacks etc,..so i really appreciated that part as you aren't left "in the dark" and particularly good as our property is rented out, so we weren't the one called for the viewings.
    Talvinder and Gerrard are particularly helpful at replying to queries and questions and Mandy Burrow was also very friendly/helpful in the process.
    Lets hope the buyers do come through with their survey etc now....!:-)

    Very helpful and friendly agency. The guys went above the call of duty to find me a property and took the time to advise and problem solve along the way. The viewings they conducted were very professional but also fun as they have the communicaton factor which is key and actually makes you want to rent a property through them. James and Tom are both very professional but also extremely personable so it was a pleasure dealing with them.

    Nathan has been a friendly and helpful agent who has always been considerate in arranging viewings and making my experience as a ludlowthompson tenant as easy and stress-free as possible. He is proactive in thinking up new ideas or solutions to problems I have presented. He is easy to talk to and does not make me feel under pressure; at the same time as he is such a helpful agent I feel more co-operative in helping him arrange viewings for my property etc. I generally prefer dealing with Nathan than with other estate agents.
