The Agent was very good in finding us a tenant within a week of it being on the market with Ludlow Thompson. Communication was great with the Agent.
Only one issue, which was we was not aware initially that the Legal Expense and Rental Warrenty was a must, this was found out on the day of signing the agreement.
Overall a very good Agent and the service provided was great too, thank you

We let a residential property that is managed by Ludlow Thompson.
As property managers, Ludlow Thompson have been the worst I have ever had to deal with.
They took a completely unacceptable length of time (over 2 months) to undertake critical repairs that were leaving the property unsecured and the tenants very inconvenienced.
Slow or no response to contact made by tenants and having to make repeat requests for repairs and maintenance is the norm.
All appointments for contractors to visit the property have to be attended by tenants - meaning repeatedly taking time off work. As the property managers, Ludlow Thompson never arrange or attend these appointments themselves - even with an office 5 minutes walk away.
We wonder if the landlord is aware of their poor service, and if he thinks the fee he pays for them to 'manage' his property are fair...

I am an ex tenant and the agent was very helpful when moving out of the property. He managed to sort out any problems that we had and went out of his job role to help as much as he could. Also gave great advice and information and would definitly use him again when looking to rent a new property. I would recommend this agent to anyone looking to rent or buy a property.

The agents were helpful and prompt in responding to queries on the whole - the process was clear and thorough, and my only criticism would be that between the deposit being paid and the signing of contracts, enquiries as to when we would need to come in and sign went unanswered - if that was because details were still being finalised, it would have been useful just to have been told so.
However, the rest of the move was made very easy, the inventory was thorough and well presented, and both the agents we dealt with were helpful and responsive at all times.

Zain was really helpful in finding me a place in the Tooting area that was within my price range and met all my needs. He negotiated the lease we were looking for and ultimately managed to secure a property with a fantastic location as well. Would recommend.

By far the friendliest, most genuine and helpful agent I have dealt with over my 2 month house hunt! Went out of her way to recommend places, answer questions and give me a great idea of the area.
Raised my expectations of agents, will be disappointed to have to use anyone else!
Also has a great yellow convertible Beetle. What more could you want.

As a first time landlord the whole process of letting out my flat felt very daunting, that was until I met Darren. He was the agent Ludlow assigned to my flat. He was obviously very knowledgeable about the whole lettings process and explained everything very clearly. He was an invaluable resource of information and was always happy to help and give advice. He has a lovely personality. I have dealt with many estate agents in London, Darren is by far the best agent I have ever met. He deserves recognition for the contribution he brings to Ludlow. Always looks smart and a smile on his face, a very nice guy with ‘the knowledge’

Sue provided a really good service throughout the entire purchase of my property. She kept me very well informed at all times and was extremely helpful in pushing through the sale quickly and smoothly . She was very efficient in answering my constant questions and phone calls. I particularly liked that i delt solely with Sue throughout the whole purchase and that i was provided with her direct mobile phone number and not just an office phone number, (this has not always been the case in the past with other agents). All in all the service was brilliant. Ludlow Thompson will be my first choice for estate agent / letting agent in the future. Thanks Sue.

I've worked with Jay before. He's attentive, positive and works fast. I had a problem with a flat in Stratford, having been let down by tenants introduced by another agent. Jay quickly secured new tenants prepared to pay an increased rent and move in within days. There were issues with references and the deposit but Jay stayed on the case and got things done.

I experienceed a very,warm and professional service from the manager called Tom at the Dulwich branch.
Tom was able to sort out some problems regarding ligal issues. Tom went out of his way to liaise with the Ludlow Tompson ligal department to solve the problem for me.
Tom also fulfiled his promise to find me good tenants within a certain time.
Tom provided me with a new experience and restorred me trust in Ludlow Tompson.
