   Manner throughout was very professional although would have appreciated greater understanding & flexibility regarding fees & tenancy period.

   Good operating platform through 'My Account' although would have been useful to see Tenancy Agreement & deposit monies etc through the portal

   We have just moved into our new flat after a relatively stress-free process. The staff at Ludlow Thompson have been friendly and approachable throughout the process. We had made our offer subject to over 10 conditions, as there were quite a few issues to be resolved with the flat before we would agree to move in. The Ludlow Thompson team dealt with with landlord to ensure that these conditions were met ahead of our move-in date and arranged for a second viewing so that I could verify that the work had been completed in advance of the move-in date. They conducted a check-in of the flat, taking a very fair inventory of the apartment, with photographs. All of the documentation is available online, making it easy to find and access the documents at any time. They arranged for a move-in pack to be delivered, including a kitchen fire extinguisher, fire blanket, smoke deletctor and carbon monoxide alarm. Even though we required a guarantor for our one-bed flat, the process was not overly stressful. I would recommend them to friends and family considering a move in London.

   Rhena phoned me on a Saturday to show us 4 properties ( I was impressed she could show us so many on one day).
   My husband went with her and immediately liked the fourth property which was in a great location and had everything we needed.
   She had answered the brief and more - we thought we would end up in Morden with our price range and we are delighted we will be staying in Wimbledon village. With a baby on the way I was stressed about finding somewhere in time.
   Rhena has shown friendliness and professionalism throughout the process and responded promptly to all my questions.
   I was very impressed with her level of service and would use her again in future.

   From the time when we were looking for a house we received a very friendly and professional service. Considering our budget and preferred area we didn't many choices but with some good advice we managed to find a suitable property and compromised on the price. The process of referencing was as easy as can be with with constant help and support through emails and telephone to complete the process. Unfortunately the process didn't finish and the landlord of the property decided to rent the property to someone else without notifying us or the agents. Again at this point we received a friendly and supportive service and the deposits we paid were paid back to us with ease.

   We dealt with Darren first when looking for a property in the south east london area. He was efficient, professional and friendly and made dealing with the agency easy and stress free. Darren found us a perfect property within our budget in our desired location and we booked an appointment to see it the next day.    DO NOT USE LUDLOW THOMPSON IF YOU CAN POSSIBLY AVOID IT!

   Some of the most incompetent people I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They told us to pay a £500 holding fee which would mean that no one else viewed the property until everyone from our group had seen it, then called us the next day to offer us a viewing of the house thinking we were someone else. They then refused to clearly state what we had paid for.

   We requested some terms of the tenancy agreement be changed, they said this was agreed to and then refused to send it to us for six weeks.We essentially ended up... (read more)

   From my initial telephone call with Charles, right through to the signing of the tenancy agreement he really stood out from all other estate agents that I had dealings with. I viewed 7 properties over two days in London and Charles was the only agent who genuinely appeared to care about my viewpoint as opposed to simply trying to make a sale. The honesty and incite which was provided with regard to offering an amount lower than the original asking price and the urgency of providing references was invaluable and greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend Ludlow Thompson.

   As a new landlord I spent a bit of time researching and finding an lettings agent in the area. I went for LT because they came across as very professional and enthusiastic. James Campbell was extremely helpful from the start, from intial discussions through in explaining all the agreements (a good few times) . He was also explained my options were and let me make the decision. He also found tenants within a couple of days. I have had an excellent service so far and recommend LT and James Campbell!

    Zain was extremely helpful when a friend and I were stuck in the awkward situation of a tenancy deal maybe falling through. There was the possibility of having to search for a new home and zain's professionalism and good advice on the matter has been very much appreciated by the two of us.     I have been with this office for over the past 18 months and have used their services twice with great satisfaction. The staff members were very friendly and available, for showing and advice. They also call, and call back, promptly. They made the extra effort of convincing the landlords to agree to agreeable settlements very quickly and have been super fast in handling the admin -with a smile! The question of trust (or the lack of it) has never been an issue with this office; on the contrary. What you see is what you get -a rarity in the industry. Thoroughly recommend using them.

    Connie was very friendly and open. She showed us flats that she tought would fit us, rather than showing us all flats available which was appreciated from our side. Even if we are forigners and do not know so much about the London market, Connie made us feel comfortable, and she gave us a lot of information regarding electricity, garbage, gas etc. that is imoprtant to know for a tenant. Overall we are very pleased with Connie and her service, and could highly recommend her for other prospecting tenants.

    Barrie Ford has been a breathe of fresh air from the time he started managing my property as he made it a delight to be a landlord again even with an impossible tenant.     We had been looking through lettings agents in Wimbledon for hours with no luck. Our last port of call was Ludlow Thompson in Wimbledon. We were greeted by Rhena who was happy and more importantly very helpful. She showed us a number of properties that were suitable and ended up taking us to the property we have taken. She was friendly and very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas, even taking us on a little detour around Wimbledon to show us places of interest, should we take the flat. Complicated procedures were laid out simply to it was easy to understand and overall I had a very pleasant experience during what could have been a stressful ordeal. Highly recommended.

    I was very happy with the service I received from Rhena - she was incredibly friendly and approachable. She managed to find us an appropriate property within the price range and show us it on the same day. I thought that this was excellent.

    I have not moved into the property yet, so I do not not have a full view of the service that Ludlow Thompson provides yet, but the only thing I am unhappy about is the Home Telecom company that Ludlow Thompson passed my details on to. They will not stop calling me despite me asking them to leave me alone! I understand that this is not Ludlow Thompson's fault though.

    I needed to help my son find a flat ahead of our return to the UK and I gave Zain details of the type of accommodation we were looking for. He was very efficient from the start and I began to receive e mail alerts when something suitable became available. When we contacted Zain about the flat in Cricklade he went out of his way to arrange a viewing at a a time that was suitable for my son who works strange hours, even offering to meet on a Sunday which is his day off.

    Zain really did go the extra mile and was a pleasure to deal with. The fact that we were in Cape Town didn't affect the proceedings at all and we managed to secure the flat.

    I also spoke to a few other staff members when I phoned the office and everyone was polite and efficient and they all gave a very good impression of Ludlow Thompson so much so that I will now make use of their sales team to help me find Buy to let properties in the near future.

    Adam did an excellent job in terms of very fast turn around from my property being on the market to viewings within 24 hours and confirmed offer within the first set of viewings. I was also impressed with the rental achieved.

    I dealt extensively with Chloe Adams and Sue Henry-McMullen through a flat purchase.

    Chloe was my main contact when looking for flats to buy in the East Dulwich region. She was professional and responsive - I was surprised by her flexibility for last minute viewings and changes to times. I felt that she listened carefully to my requirements and proactively picked properties in a thoughtful manner. It was also great to have a text message of congratulations from her within a few minutes of exchanging - a great touch.

    I was first contacted by Jacob Burston when he called me after showing interest in a property online, I was not living in the UK at the time. The majority of our correspondence was by email, this actually proved to be very easy and timely. Jacob was very quick to respond to my emails usually just a few minutes later, and sometimes way past working hours. Around 30 emails later, back and forth, all of my questions were answered and clarified. I never actually viewed the property, however, Jacob reassured me that all the necessary cleaning, repairs would be taken care of and ensured that I received new photos as per my request. After taking me through all the processes, documents and online my account, over the phone I was ready to make an offer for the property. I am now a tenant, leasing property from Ludlow. I was more than happy with Jacobs professionalism, respectfulness, timelines, and sincerity. I would highly recommend not only Ludlow Thomposon, but also, Jacob Burston in particular.

    I own a 2 bedroom property next to Stroud Green on Tollington Park.

    Due to relocation to South America for a job for up to 1 year plus.... I needed my flat shifted very quickly. Ian who initially visited me was an absolute delight due to his plain speaking sincere nature. He made an ambitious promise on what level of rent he would be able to obtain for me.

    Within 3 days i had two great offers for the maximum amount which he he knew would come in. The speed and professionalism was flawless.

    As promised I said I would leave a review as he found me the exact type of tenants I would wish to look after my home and furniture for a long while hopefully.
