Possibly one of the worst estate agents we have ever used; they never answer the phones but when they eventually do the constant excuse "ooh they've just left the office" is given. Maintenance is very slow; received letters months before anything is done. On viewings they misinformed me a great amount about the property and what was involved, e.g. pets were "definitely" allowed until we paid our holding fee and received the contract.
