I have recently sold a property through Location Location. The experience of selling a property in the UK is never easy, however, I must say that in our case thanks to the hard work of the team of estate agents of this company we have managed to sell the property promptly. Information flow between solicitors, buyers and sellers has been really good and this is definitively thanks to the staff at Location Location. Attention is very individualized and customer oriented. The agents help you out and give very valuable advice in all the different stages of the selling process. In our case their expertise of the property market, the area, and knowledge on how to deal with Managing Agents, solicitors, council and so on has been key in order to be able to successfully complete the sale. Needless to say that all the staff at the Stoke Newington office are very friendly and supportive.

Great experience with Location Location. We bought and sold with Location Location and the team, especially Vicky Bibiris made sure that everything progressed quickly and smoothly. Our house was sold the same day it went on the market and when the buyer had to pull out because his chain collapsed, Location Location found another buyer to step in. Great experience, Location Location come highly recommended!

I have been very impressed with the service that we have received from Location Location over the last 18 months. When we first made contact with them they were very professional and efficient . We sold our flat through them and moved into a rented property which was also found and managed Location Location. Staff are extremely prompt with responses and they have gone out of their way to help us when necessary. We would highly recommend Location Location to anyone wishing to sell or rent a property in Stoke Newington. We are now looking to buy and our first call will be to Location Location.

Vicky Bibiris and her team, did an excellent job of selling my property, Vicky was always helpful diplomatic and understanding which is a bit more than you get from most estate agents. The whole process was smooth with Debra the sales progressor keeping me updated all the way. I can highly recommend Vicky and her team if you are thinking of selling or letting your property.

I've been using Location Location to let my properties for almost 2 years. I've found them to be very professional and helpful. I've now let 3 properties through them and all have been let quickly with any fuss. I do not hesitate in recommending Location Location.

I would strongly recommend avoiding them, to describe our dealings with them as terrible would be a understatement! We rented a unfurnished flat from them only to find the previous tenants furniture in the flat, this was around 2pm. They diid not send someone around until 10pm to remove everything while we had to wait with a lory full of our own furniture. The flat had only been hoovered, no other cleaning had been done. The bathroom was covered in mould, the rubber seal in the washing machine was covered in mould, the oven had soo much grease literally cooked onto the walls that it took 3... (read more)

DO NOT use Location Location. When trying to rent a property from them, we experienced persistent delays in the pre-contractual stage both with Location Location and the 'administration' company they outsourced their work to.
Further, on the date we agreed with Location Location for moving in, we turned up to find that the old tenants HAD NOT MOVED OUT. We had to couch-surf while the old occupiers hurriedly vacated the property (surprise surprise: Location Location had not been in touch with them either), and now, two months later we have not received our admin fee (£180 per person!) back let alone an apology.

I agree with many of the other reviews of this estate agent. The sales person was pushy and arrogant, they had to be chased for feedback from viewings, although we are not convinced that all of the viewings actually happened! From a marketing perspective for the four weeks we were with them their website never actually worked, apparently a server problem.
I would advise everyone to stay clear of this poor excuse of a service provider and look elsewhere on Church street for agents with more professionalism.

Very shocked to read the above reviews i found there customer service very good and had a call after i moved into my flat just to check everything was ok. I found the process of moving in very simple and straightforward with Location Location and would use them again if i move on from the place im in now.

I couldn't agree more with the other reviews. Seriously, give this outfit a wide berth. My partner and I started renting from them about three years ago and then bought the flat when they put it on the market. While we were renting, every time anything went wrong with the flat it would take days or weeks, and interminable phone calls from us, to get them to sort it out. When work was done it would be bodged and the thing just as bad as it had been within weeks. They are the type of estate agents that give their whole industry a bad name. I have never heard a good word said about them despite their ostentatious adverts plastered all over Church Street claiming to be "loved".
The manager, Hector, in the Stoke Newington branch is arrogant/cocky/pushy beyond belief.
They are also ethics-free - their website contains properties as "under offer" which have completed long ago obviously to give the misleading impression that sales have been agreed more recently and that therefore there is dynamism in the local market.
Do NOT go near them even with a very long barge pole...

Their customer service is awful. Location Location were working for our buyer and not us. They put so much pressure on us to rush the sale through even though our purchase had fallen through. Their communication was pathetic. Their director is incredibly rude and insulting if you dare to criticise their service. We didn't hear a word from them once the exchange had gone through.

It took 18 months of chasing them for a copy of our deposit receipt which was only registered with the DPS but no funds actually deposited, (I am still chasing them for a refund even after the landlord agreed to release the funds a week ago!!). It's no wonder the landlord switched agents. The staff are very rude and unapologetic for their mistakes, particularly the 'sales director' who was the only staff member who had not left since we first moved in, and would hide when she saw us walking into the office.  work as part of the sale but it was done so shoddily that even I could tell it wasn't going to work, and I'm not an expert. They swore blind they'd done the work one way when anyone could see that they had in fact done it a cheaper, quicker, worse way. It was also only done after almost a year of us having to hassle them about it. We had to get the work redone to the proper standard and asked for the money back. They pointed to the guarantee they'd given us for the work and said they'd pay only that amount (about a third of what it cost us to get their bad work redone). We pushed them and eventually won back the costs, but not until we'd had to threaten them with a county court judgment. Every step of the way they came up with defensive moves, excuses, denials of responsibility etc. We actually could have claimed for more money back as we will have to get additional work done as a direct consequence of damage caused by their failure to do it properly, but neither of us has the energy to deal with this bunch of cowboys ever again.
