Very shocked to read the above reviews i found there customer service very good and had a call after i moved into my flat just to check everything was ok. I found the process of moving in very simple and straightforward with Location Location and would use them again if i move on from the place im in now.

I couldn't agree more with the other reviews. Seriously, give this outfit a wide berth. My partner and I started renting from them about three years ago and then bought the flat when they put it on the market. While we were renting, every time anything went wrong with the flat it would take days or weeks, and interminable phone calls from us, to get them to sort it out. When work was done it would be bodged and the thing just as bad as it had been within weeks. Things got worse and they would not return phone calls or emails, until we got to the point where we had to go in to the office and 'ambush' staff if we needed something done.

When we bought the flat their solicitors dragged their heels for far too long – everyone else was waiting for them to be able to complete. They'd agreed to do some essential (damp-proofing) work as part of the sale but it was done so shoddily that even I could tell it wasn't going to work, and I'm not an expert. They swore blind they'd done the work one way when anyone could see that they had in fact done it a cheaper, quicker, worse way. It was also only done after almost a year of us having to hassle them about it. We had to get the work redone to the proper standard and asked for the money back. They pointed to the guarantee they'd given us for the work and said they'd pay only that amount (about a third of what it cost us to get their bad work redone). We pushed them and eventually won back the costs, but not until we'd had to threaten them with a county court judgment. Every step of the way they came up with defensive moves, excuses, denials of responsibility etc. We actually could have claimed for more money back as we will have to get additional work done as a direct consequence of damage caused by their failure to do it properly, but neither of us has the energy to deal with this bunch of cowboys ever again.

Please, do yourself a favour and avoid them like the plague.

They are the type of estate agents that give their whole industry a bad name. I have never heard a good word said about them despite their ostentatious adverts plastered all over Church Street claiming to be "loved".

The manager, Hector, in the Stoke Newington branch is arrogant/cocky/pushy beyond belief.

They are also ethics-free - their website contains properties as "under offer" which have completed long ago obviously to give the misleading impression that sales have been agreed more recently and that therefore there is dynamism in the local market.

Do NOT go near them even with a very long barge pole...

Their customer service is awful. Location Location were working for our buyer and not us. They put so much pressure on us to rush the sale through even though our purchase had fallen through. Their communication was pathetic. Their director is incredibly rude and insulting if you dare to criticise their service. We didn't hear a word from them once the exchange had gone through.
