The agent is calling you 3 times before the viewing but not once when you get to the property. We had a bad experience with them and wasted our time. We were not contacted to let us know whom they are sending nor gave us a mobile number to call when in front of the flat. Fancy office - but no brains!

They were friendly but failed to turn up for the first property we had arranged to view. We did end up signing a contract with them but, when pressed on whether the deposit would be protected, they said it didn't have to be, which is categorically untrue.

Do not use these guys! They will palm you off to Avalon Letings http://www.allagents.co.uk/avalon-lettings/ (just read the reviews to get an idea) then claim no of it is there problem even though we signed the initial contract with them, as bad as Avalon in my opinion.
