This agent is now Goadsby. I contacted them about a house in Chandlers Ford advertised on Rightmove as 'for sale'. Goadsby told me the property is let and no viewings are allowed for 4 months. So . . . why keep advertising it and wasting prospective purchasers' time?

Do not use this Agent at any cost. Be it to your sanity or your purse strings!
We have had nothing but problems, in what should have been a somewhat straightforward and simple chain. They tell bare-faced lies to you on the telephone when you ask questions, including whether someone is in the office or not and have badly managed the entire Sale process for us.
They are unresponsive and never do anything for you, unless you initiate it.
