    Incompetent! I have never written a review before but feel i should let other people know how bad this agency is!

    They were taken on as agents for a property i was renting and moving out of. After bombarding me with text messages about viewings whilst I was on holiday (too lazy to physically pick up the phone and speak to me....) we managed to make an arrangement for viewings.

    I made sure i was out of the way so they could do this in peace. when I returned I found that Jennie had left the front door open and unlocked / lights left on through out the house & my personal items moved.

    No apology has been made for this so far.... I wont hold my breath seeing the other bad reviews on this site!

    Do not trust these people they are school leavers / first jobbers at best - incompetent untrained oiks at worst!

    By far the rudest agents I have ever dealt with. Hard sell on property promising all sorts of allowances, then denying it all later on. Asked them to fix problems repeatedly with property, never got done. Sought advice from CAB which we passed on to them explaining they were out of line... they claimed CAB were wrong... awful company, even advertised property we were living in before we handed in our notice and without informing us they were going to do so.

    Appalling customer service and extremely high fees - forced me to have a guarantor for the first time in my life (been renting for over 10 years), for no good reason and unsurprisingly this was more expensive - delayed the moving in date literally on the day, then wouldn't let me move on the delayed date because my guarantor wasn't present (though they hadn't actually told me that they needed to be) - truly incompetent, avoid at all costs. terrible, terrible, disastrously terrible.
