We opened our doors in May 2003 and have built a firm business and we also have a very strong happy client base. We understand, as an agent we cannot do everything for everyone, however we will keep on trying.

I have found them to be a breath of fresh air. Unstuffy, get in there, get it done. They also charge less than most other agents. Good luck to them.
I think this is a recommendation. I have never actually formally appointed them, but they have been in and rented my property out three times now with no dead periods. Having decided to sell recently, they got on with the job, again without my asking (or in fact formal authorisation) and got some reasonable offers in. Maybe they will still get a deal.

Kadisha has been incredibly helpful. One of the best things was what she didn't do - trying to persuade me to see unsuitable properties. Everything she showed me met with my requirements for price and size. Proof that she'd actually listened. She was also very patient when I couldn't make up my mind! All my calls were returned promptly and I was kept updated. A real pleasure to deal with.

I recently bought a property from in Fulham with Lets Do business as the agents. The agent I was dealing with was Phil Roche. He was efficient, and very responsive throughout the sales process and made good efforts to overcome a number of obstacles that arose during the sale. It left me with the view that Lets Do Business despite being heavily involved in lettings were also very capable, professional and effective on the sales front.

I put the above prioperty out for rental with four agents. Immediately Lets do Business had people coming around> Although I had another offer from another agent I accepted their offer because they had a better quality of tennant more suited to my property and I found I could negioate a little on fees etc, The Company is focused and efficient in its approach, Phillip was both easy to dealk with and honest, and very persistant in his persuit of securing the deal. At first I was a bit put off by the name, but Let's Do Business was able to find me a perfect flat within a couple of days and accomodate my circumstances since I'm a student here. I had Phil and he was great. Previously I dealt with a lot of different agencies and had bad response times, but LDB was great. Would definitely recommend.

I am America, residing in London for the first time. Lets Do Business was able to help me organize things to make the transition from Los Angeles, California to London possible. My agent was able to organize things, so I could: visit once for a week, find a place and get everything situated while I was working away in LA. They were the most helpful and kind people during a very hectic transition in my life. They really made my transatlantic move so much easier.
I love my flat and I love Lets Do Business

Our experience with LDB, particularly Phil, was all positive. They were very helpful in assisting us to find a property to rent quickly and within our budget, as well as assisting in all of our rental related queries (having moved from Australia, many things were completely new to us - who knew about council tax?). The service was friendly but also efficient. I would certainly use them again.

I have to say Lets Do Business is a very well run letting agents, they let the properties very quickly and provide you with a complete property let folder, including tenancy agreement, contact numbers and reference. It is good to business with professionals

Great service - Phone calls are always answered promptly, calls are returned when promised, and the girls in the office are super-efficient ! The Manager and team know their market, and give sound advice on lettings and legal stuff. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any Landlord looking for a good lettings agency. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had bad feedback from any of my tenants about them either.

We came across LDB by chance while looking at a property. Right from the start they were honest and very helpful.
I found them very easy to deal with, contact and consult. Not once did we feel pressured into making an offer or rushing our decision.
We are a group of young adults but they dealt with us very professionally, which was very much appreciated.

All I can say is that I was happy with everything and every way that LDB dealt with us. Everybody was helpful and friendly and we found it a breath of fresh air dealing with them in comparison to other agents that we also tried out in our search. I would definitely recommend them to friends looking to rent or buy as they proved an honest bunch who weren’t pushy in any way...

We liked a property that was over our budget but decided that it was worth it because we were desperate to move and it was newly renovated, and a great location. LDB said that it had been on the market earlier for a higher price but lowered it recently. When we put in an offer we asked to reduce the asking price by 25 and they advised us that we would be denied (rather than just putting it in and letting it be rejected). We believed them. A couple of weeks later we saw our property being advertised for 35 pounds less on-line and we could have easily asked for 10 or 15 pounds less than that.
To make matters worse, we are now experiencing problems with the appliances in the place because they were not checked out. The wiring is faulty and we have no oven, and probably will not have one in the near future.
Although I found the team members to be pleasant it seems now that they were just in it for a quick buck. Not sure if we should recommend LDB or go with them for the next round of hunts.

I have dealt with a variety of members in the team and they all seem capable and quick to answer queries. I moved from a much bigger chain of estate agents who were impersonal and did not provide a good service and so have been very pleased to deal with Let's Do Business, as it have been a much more pleasurable experience!

I had a fantastic experience with Let's Do Business!!! Ellie was absolutely brilliant! She is very friendly and extremely helpful! She explained everything very well, very understanding and accommodating, and mostly she wasn't pushy or rude. She took the time to drive me to all the places she had to offer and even dropped me off afterward! She's a very sweet girl and an absolute pleasure to deal with!!! I will definitely recommend and deal with Ellie again!

Initially they might sound hard but they simply go by the book and this work both sides.

After years of using various Estate agencies in West London to manage 3 Flats, finding LDB was a godsend. They have always kept my properties rented out, they found clean and reliable tenants who I always meet before allowing tenancy, most importantly they made sure that my money was sent on the days specified, which was a first amongst many agents, including well know chain agencies. I can thorougly recommend using LDB to any landlord with properties availiable for management or just renting.

I had an excellent experience with Lets do Business. By far the best estate agents around, Ellie Carr provided an exceptional service and very profesional. I could very easily make contact and on the odd occasion where I wasn't able to make contact, I would get a call back without fail. Couldn't ask for a better service. I can confidently reccommend Lets do Business to any one and especially Ellie the negotiator the best by far and will definitely be using them again.

We had an awful experience with Lets Do Business, Hammersmith in 2009.
We rented a flat with their assistance, which appeared to be unfit to live in. We have discovered this after our first night in the flat.
Basically it was a serious insulation problem, which resulted water gathering all over on the ceiling & in every room in the flat.Let’s Do Business simply refused to help us in our terrible situation, as according to them: they are not managing the property. Very efficient.
Getting good rentals for us.
Helpful when there are problems with tenants and give us the support and help that's needed.
In case there is a need of Handyman and builder they are there to supply the service.

Been with them for 10 years - nothing had gone wrong until this year. They dealt with the problem brilliantly - a sign of a good business is how they deal with a serious problem. In this case they were superb and I would highly recommend them.

My experience of Lets do Business, over the course of nearly 5 years has been excellent. The quality of their staff and the commitment to delivering is superb. They recently worked very hard to find tenants but made no money as the exisitng tenants ended up staying - despite this they were extremely positive and focused on building a long term relationship. Very impressive.

Zero-trustable; 100% on side of landlord who was seeking his interest only; would not reply to e-mails and phone calls most of the time.

Catchy name, nightmare experience.
During our visits, the staff was very friendly and made lots of promises. Also charged us very little fee, which was very welcoming, or that's what we thought.
When we moved in, they did nothing.
The first day we discovered the oven, fridge and shower didn't work. When we got back to them they said: "You should have checked"!!!
We asked them to get them fixed (because we couldn't reach the landlord for 1 week) or help us get out of the contract. The landlord is letting 4 properties through them, as we now learned, and they did not want to loose him, so they totally suported him.
The manager is particularly mean and even screamed at us and - what is more funny - tries to do all the talking accussing us of all our problems.
I strongly suggest you go to any of the numerous other agents in the area.

I have been using lets do business for over 5 years. they have always found me good, reliable, honest tenants. As a result of their hard work I have always had 100% occupancy. They are always polite and courteous and it is a pleasure to be associated with them. Keep up the good work!

We literally had to evacuate the flat. The landlord refused to visit the flat and check the situation as he lives far out in country. We had the council and their health& safety inspector involved. Finally after two month we got our money back, and we have managed to find another flat by ourselves in about two weeks.
We would have expected the agency to inspect the property and not to let it out in such a conditions. Any professional could have discovered the issue. Not mentioning that the flat was freshly decorated, therefore we are sure that the agency have had initial inspection when it was covered in mould!
Also the agency messed us with the moving date and we were without accommodation for 1,5weeks. We had to store our belongings and literally move 3times in 3 weeks thanks for them! And again legally they are covered as they have not provided the moving date we agreed when we paid the deposit in writing. Watch out for this!
We would have at least expected some help to find another property in such a bad situation (especially Christmas was coming up) and to at least return the agent fees we paid for this nightmare.
We would highly recommend to avoid this agency as they only care until you paid your money out. I don’t even want to think what we would have done if we have no savings left at all….as to pay out two deposits and rents in three weeks, I believe would be hard for any young couple, especially without family in the country!
