We opened our doors in May 2003 and have built a firm business and we also have a very strong happy client base. We understand, as an agent we cannot do everything for everyone, however we will keep on trying.

Very friendly and efficient. I was helped all the way through my move and when I had some favours to ask afterwards, LDB were more than helpful. I will definitely use them again if I need to.

My experience of Lets do Business, over the course of nearly 5 years has been excellent. The quality of their staff and the commitment to delivering is superb. They recently worked very hard to find tenants but made no money as the exisitng tenants ended up staying - despite this they were extremely positive and focused on building a long term relationship. Very impressive.

Zero-trustable; 100% on side of landlord who was seeking his interest only; would not reply to e-mails and phone calls most of the time.

Catchy name, nightmare experience.
During our visits, the staff was very friendly and made lots of promises. Also charged us very little fee, which was very welcoming, or that's what we thought.
When we moved in, they did nothing.
The first day we discovered the oven, fridge and shower didn't work. When we got back to them they said: "You should have checked"!!!
We asked them to get them fixed (because we couldn't reach the landlord for 1 week) or help us get out of the contract. The landlord is letting 4 properties through them, as we now learned, and they did not want to loose him, so they totally suported him.
The manager is particularly mean and even screamed at us and - what is more funny - tries to do all the talking accussing us of all our problems.
I strongly suggest you go to any of the numerous other agents in the area.

I have been using lets do business for over 5 years. they have always found me good, reliable, honest tenants. As a result of their hard work I have always had 100% occupancy. They are always polite and courteous and it is a pleasure to be associated with them. Keep up the good work!
