   Would you use the agent again? No

   I would NEVER, EVER use this company for Property Management or any other service for that matter.

   They allowed my property to be trashed by the tenant, never once visited the property, allowed thier Contractors to over charge for minor works, were rude, lied and basically were as bad as one could imagine whilst religously collecting thier fees!

   This is the type of Real Estate agent that should be baned from trading....they are worst than Cowboys!

   These are the worst estate agents I have ever used. I'm sure they are great if you're a landlord but they are awful as a tenant. It took me 5 months to get the return of my deposit despite having provided all the relevant documentation on leaving the property, having it professionally cleaned and having a complete inventory done and accepted as complete.
   They were completely unhelpful when we needed any maintenance done, including when the boiler broke down - it took us a month to have it replaced and we had to have the heating on constant as it wouldn't turn off during a very hot August. They were unfriendly on the phone, did not return calls and pretended not to be there when they were (we went down in person to check). In the end we had to get the handyman's mobile number and organise anything with him ourselves.
   If you can avoid using them do - they are very nice until they have your money but then they couldn't be less interested...

   Leonard Leese is, in my experience, an excellent letting agency. I have always found the staff to be totally trustworthy and they deal with matters in a very professional manner. Problematic issues are minimised and the necessary attention to detail is provided when appropriate. Communications are sent in a regular and prompt manner. I have had a high occupancy level and an efficient service for some years and I would strongly recommend their letting and management service.

   I will never use this agent again and I hope you dont either!!! My girlfriend and I were about to move into a flat and on the day of the move in we were told the landlord had sold it!! It took us two months to get our money back but not the admin fees as they had done the admin!
