Leese & Nagle state that they have an excellent service. This is not the case from our experience. They showed our house to 2 prospective buyers in 4 weeks and after each viewing we did not receive feedback from them. We gave them ample time to call us and then we had to chase for viewing feedback. E.g. Viewing 6pm Weds - We chased them 5pm Thurs for feedback. They also did not understand their potential buyers. The feedback from this customer was that she wanted an extra bedroom and a kitchen diner - less than 24 hours later she requested a 2nd viewing. All very odd. They did not return phone calls stating they were very busy but in the same breath would tell you they had not many viewings of the property as they weren't busy at the moment!! Also valued our property at one figure 4 weeks ago and then proceeded to put an offer to us at a figure 20% less - the market had not dropped this much and the agent then stated he never valued it at the higher amount. It left a bad taste in our mouth and showed how these agents are on the agenda of the purchaser and their commission and not on the side of the person who is actually paying them. I would never use them again and will repeat the story to anyone who would think of using them.
