After seeing a 'perfect' house, I contacted the agent to arrange a viewing, and was greeted on the telephone by a rude, snobby woman!! I was told we could only view the house when THEY were in the area!! Do they want to rent this house out?! I explained that it was difficult for us to do any day of the week due to shift works, but was extremely unhelpful! Instead I was told "well, we have other people viewing the property anyway!" Oh well - poke it up your bum I say!! I certainly won't be using LD Lettings - I can't imagine what hassle they would cause renting from them!! How funny to see that other people think they're rude too - customer service NEEDS to be sorted out. Rudness gets you nowhere!

Useless, unprofessional, money grabbing. Fight to get deposit back. Horrible experience.

Tenants beware! I am a tenant renting a property through LD Property Management in Salisbury. Their appalling customer service and shocking rudeness has made me no longer wish to live in this house even though I love it. In addition to financially raping me at the beginning of my tenancy, they are totally incompetent and appear to have very little knowledge of tenancy law, although I sometimes wonder if they do know and are just assuming the tenants are ignorant of their rights.
I have rented from them for 8 months now and every 6 weeks or so I have to contact them about something which starts as a relatively minor issue which then becomes a circular argument and results in me having to contact CAB or Shelter for advice due to the agency trying to break the law. They have turned what should be a quiet and peaceful existence at my rented home into a stressful nightmare. Use at your peril.

Inconsistent reports on property condition, invoices sent only sporadically, information only sent after repeated requests, did not pursue tenants for gardening & house cleaning as per contract.
