    Awful from start to finish. They don't turn up to the property if it's nearby until you're there and you have to call them for them to come - I was doing quick viewings in my lunch hour from work so found this incredibly frustrating.
    Secondly, they must have had quite a bad relationship with the tenants as the tenants weren't allowing them in to show the flat and they ended up arguing in front of me - v. unprofessional. On my second viewing, the agent, daniella didn't even bother turning up, called me, when she was already late, and said to ask her colleague who was showing the property to... (read more)

    We dealt with this agency because they were dealing with our landlord(we didnt realise this until we moved in as we signed the tenancy agreement with another agency). They never sent us anything about the tenancy deposit scheme which in hindsight we shoudl have chased up, but being uni students we were oblivious to this. The main problem came when moving out. They wanted letter from the coucil (3 in total) to prove we owed them no money, bills from all the utilities to prove we owed no money there and were the rudest bunch of estate agents i've ever encountered. Daniella was particularily rude, not at all helpful and i think can be fairly described as a bully. We've now finally got our deposit back over two months after moving out and after many stressful phone calls and emails. Avoid this company at all costs!!

    I'm with the other reviewer on this agency. If we could give them zero stars, we would! They are incompetent on good days and just full of promises on their bad days. Absolutely one of the worst agencies in London.

    This is the worst estate agent I have ever used. Full of false promises and incompetent staff.
    Stay away from this estate agent.
