Have just moved out of a Lauristons flat - they are trying to charge me £80 to remove a bed which came with the property.
Rogue traders at their slimiest.

Lauristons are absolutely appalling - enter into dealings with them at your peril! They manage the flat I have rented for almost a year. Upon moving in, they failed to provide myself and my flatmate with any keys to the property! Luckily we managed to obtain a set from a maintenance company. As we only had one between us, Lauristons solution was to suggest 'we hid them outside under a rock'. Very safe in London!
We've had numerous property faults reported to them and ignored. A problem with our hot water system was ignored by Lauristons until the pipes burst, flooded the flat and the flat below!
Avoid like the plague
