    I received a call from Alan two days after giving Latymers the instructions saying that he got me the full asking price from a cash buyer who deposited £10,000 in their clients account. The exchange took place after weeks and whole deal was completed on the sixth week. Very good team work. I highly recommend them and will definately use them again.

    Excellent service from a very professional team. Thank you Carmel and Alan for making the two years I lived in Windsor Way very comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend the whole team at Latymers.

    I rented a flat from them some years ago. When I moved out, they took more than half of my deposit. Even though the flat was left spotless (the independent checkout lady was very happy with it), they claimed they needed to professionally clean it, change light bulbs & other ridiculous claims. So I lost about £400 & couldn't do anything about it. Not recommended.
