The team at Northwood were excellent throughout the period my flat was being sold. Niamh was particularly good with her communication, also her chasing of solicitors on both sides to move the process forwards.
This company is downright awful.
Moved into my property in March 2016, in which I paid a £100 refundable deposit, which would be returned when I moved out.
I sold up in July 2024, but no deposit was returned. This was eaten up by " invoice charges ' which they can't explain what it covers when questioned.
They overcharge you, they tie you down to unreasonable terms and conditions , they are rude, heartless, and basically don't care.
Please stay clear from this money making , heartless
Initially our main points of contact were Ryan and Alfie but all the team were very professional, helpful, and friendly. Ryan set out a very sensible initial marketing strategy which was regularly reviewed. Alfie conducted the majority of the viewings and his feedback was quick and detailed. Communication and feedback were prompt and everyone was very quick to respond to our calls and requests.

Hayley at the Market Harborough branch looked after the sale of our home along with Charlie & Rita. We were so impressed with every aspect of the service from the marketing details to the regular communications.. Hayley went above and beyond and made things happen especially in a difficult market.. amazing job !!
Despite my frustration at how long the process seemed to be taking the Chellaston branch were fantastic at reassuring me this was normal and no need to panic all the through. Always very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
