No
I have never dealt with an agency that has such an over-inflated opinion of itself!! Staff were abrupt and never returned my calls.
My first viewing was arranged through them and they didn't even come along just sent me round to the people that live there to show me round, secong viewing they were 20 mins late and didn't even appologise, just made a brash comment about me getting there sooner than they thought I would.
I did find a flat through them, which I placed a deposit on which I was told meant it was taken of the market and reserved for me. However I was informed 4 days later that the property had been withdrawn by the owner. I then found out by pure coincidence (as this property was also on with another company) that a better offer had been accepted. When I questioned this I was told there had been a "missunderstanding"!
They failed to reply to my emails and failed to return my calls. The staff seemed very young and either not bothered about what they were doing or had gun-ho attitudes that left me feeling bewildered. Just goes to show the bigger the company the worse the service gets.

They never respond to your emails or phone calls. They visited our flat to do an 'evaluation' and forgot to lock the door properly when they left!
They continually fob you off stating that it's problems with their contractors. They always say that they will ring you back, but that normally takes a few days.
They also have a little trick of dating a letter incorrectly and sending it to you, stating that it must have been the post that was delayed - even though the date on the letter is from the day before.
All in all, I just think that they are unable to take responsibility to any problem that you might have.
My advice is not to use them if you want a hassle free rental property.
