    Would you use the agent again? No

    Never turned up on viewing when they said they would. Turned up once without letting me know at 9:30 AM on a saturday morning! when i said everyone was still asleep he told me i must not be very bothered about selling my house! they never gave me any calls after viewings to let me know how it went. they put a board up when i specifically asked them not to. They nearly mucked up my sale as they gave the purchaser the wrong information about my situation and how quickly I could exchange. When i complained to Neil about this his reply was
    "well you know what you can go and do then"

    Would never use and recommend people to steer clear.

    Ok, so estate agents are estate agents lets not forget that, they have low intelligence quotients and prioritise their appearance to make up for this.

    Lanes is no different, but they leave you to enjoy your property once there and are quite good at solving problems promptly
