    First impressions of Lamingtons in Hammersmith were very professional. Particulars provided were satisfactory. We were really impressed with our first point of contact which was with Danielle. A long search for a flat in London brought me to Hammersmith after debating Acton and Chiswick. I discovered their property on findaproperty.com and was pleasantly suprised by the standard of apartment. There was a recent kitchen and bathroom and the rest of the flat was in good condition. The dishwasher broke down within a month of my arrival but was promply investigated and in fact replaced. All in all I would strongly recommend Lamingtons, and without hesitation reccommend them to friends moving to London.

    This is an utterly horrible company. We had a gas revision 4 or months ago where the technician stated a carbon monoxide detector was strongly recommended, and Lamington Letings hasn't yet installed it, despite our insistence.

    In addition to that, the flat is incredibly noisy and old and it has mice on it. We can hear every step the neighbours upstairs make, and all the sound from the water pipes, because of the pathetic quality of the building (149 Hammersmith Grove). Fortunately, we are moving to other flat soon... but I'm afraid we will have problems with the return of deposit, after reading comments about them.
    Don't trust them!

    Lamington Residential Lettings, although courteous and efficient initially, become very illusive when it came to recovering my deposit.

    I received a letter two weeks after leaving the flat with some of the most outrageous charges I have ever seen including
