Lamington Residential Lettings, although courteous and efficient initially, become very illusive when it came to recovering my deposit.
I received a letter two weeks after leaving the flat with some of the most outrageous charges I have ever seen including £10 for every light bulb that was missing, £130 for cleaning a carpet that was in such poor condition before I even moved in that they were going to replace with wooden flooring until I said I would take it as it was. Lamington Residential Lettings also charged me £200 to clean the tiniest studio flat imaginable.
When I asked to see the flat and see evidence of the work they ignored my emails. I would avoid any flat which they manage as you are unlikely to see much of your deposit returned if my experience is the norm.
