Pleasant staff. However unfortunately their reputation was tarnished by one member who thankfully has left since. Outright lied about particulars of property (should have known better, estate agents will do anything for a sale regardless of any moral code or lack thereof). When we pulled out because their lies were a distinct selling point at the time, they promised that if we found another property we were interested in would be able to move at short notice. I thought fine. It wasn't their fault, just one individual however since then they keep fibbing off saying they'll call back when leave messages about other poperties but they never do.
Complete lack of customer service skills and an extremely negative experience. I would stay well clear of them. They also refused to give details of their female complaints procedure and ran off with £100 + of my money.

Easily the worst company I have ever dealt with. Useless staff who fob you off saying it`s someone elses fault. Credit check that they did was wrong, that passed my flat mate at the time, even though he had a CCJ and on a Part time salary to move into a £900 per month property. There was an energy bill which they told me about at the start, however on numerous times I went into the branch to get a bill so I wouldn`t have one large one at the end, lo and behold they weren`t able to produce one for me. However when I left I am stung with a £175 bill, which they are taking from my deposit...

I tried to buy a new flat in Ability Place where King Sturge was the appointed estate agent. Within the Ability Place development acting on behalf of King Sturge (the estate agent) was Carolina Molines a Sales Consultant and David Keenan the Sales Manager.Carolina Molines sent me a reservation form that they had signed and I also signed and sent back to them the same day on a Friday after we had agreed a price for an apartment. At the same time I also paid

Not far short of criminals, in my opinion. Told us barefaced lies when we looked around the property, promising that the flat came with parking when in fact it didn't. The place was supposed to be clean when we moved in but in fact there were piles of garbage on the floor, urine stains around the bathroom and the shower, and the drains were blocked. They were generally unhelpful throughout the tenancy whenever anything went wrong or needed fixing (we had to pay ourselves to get them some spare keys cut when they lost there's - they never repaid us.) And then when we moved out they ignored our requests for the deposit to be returned for four weeks, despite the contract stating they had to respond in ten days, before trying to deductWas this review helpful?
