Very helpful and courteous service from Robert at Kerr and Co. He was particularly helpful in arranging viewings at times convenient for us, and also liasing with the vendor to arrange for disposal of some fixtures we didn't want. Would definately use again.

I recently worked with Andrew at Kerr and Co to buy a house in Richford Street. I can honestly say that I have never met an agent as charming and as professional as him. Throughout the process, his attention to detail was staggering and he ensured there were no glitches at any stage.
But to cap it all off, he personally arranged for some amazing treats to be left in our new home. I won't ruin the surprise as I'm sure he will do the same for you, but let's just say there wasn't a dry eye in the house.

Kerr & Co are very knowledgeable of their area and were able to accurately assess the sales potentials of the flats I sold through them. They were very efficient in their communications and dealings between myself and the buyers and generally provided a very good and friendly service.

Kerr and Co provided a fantastic service from start to finish and most certainly went the extra mile for us. Nothing was too much trouble and Robert Barr whom we mainly dealt with was excpetional in both his professionalism, manner and helpfulness. We would not hesitate to recommend Kerr and Co to someone either wanting to sell or buy a property.

It is surprising to finally find an estate agent that actually does what they say they will, follow things up and provide a decent service. My flat had had little interest with other agents. Two weeks after a friend who had bought and sold with Kerr & Co recommended I instructed them, I had an offer. The sale went through smoothly and the team, particularly Andrew Teague, were very helpful.

The staff at Kerr and Co are professional, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help in you both searching for and selling your property.
Unlike other agents I found I could trust them not to just try and sell my place for commission, but get the right price so that both parties were happy with the outcome. When buying through them, they were super helpful in making sure that all went smoothly during the negotiation process and further into exchange. Any bumps in the road were handled with care and consideration.

I dealt with Robert Barr at Kerr & Co and Robert's service was exemplary. My house went on the market on the Friday and by the Tuesday we had accepted a great offer. Robert and his team were also fantastic at dealing with my buyer when she dragged her feet prior to exchange of contracts.

A very professional estate agent who know their area and its market well. Once they'd found a buyer, they were very helpful in maintaining good communications between all parties involved and the buyer "onside" during a difficult period when the lease was being extended. I would use them again.
