Andrew provided a very good service - he was always quick to respond (despite our many questions) and was generally easy to get hold of. He was also very knowledgeable about the property he showed us (which we ended up buying!) We did have a couple of mix ups with viewings (one of which was down to a colleague of Andrew's and the other a genuine mistake), but all in all we found Kerr & Co/Andrew to be more helpful and knowledgeable than the other agents we used.

The relationship did not start very well as the agent in charge of visits was unreliable (got timing and direction wrong etc) and not super helpful. That said once we got interested with house, Robert from kerr & co proved much more helpful in pressing landlords on paperwork, guiding us through the process, and recommend an excellent sollicitor as well.

From the beginning Sean was extremely down-to-earth and helpful. He was not the typical estate agent which in London is hugely refreshing. He was honest and decent. The moving process was made extremely easy by Sean and he even set up our council tax and utilities. Highly recommend and I wish more letting agents could be cut from this cloth

I have just exchanged on my property sold through Kerr and Co. They have been efficient, friendly and helpful all the way through, keeping me updated regularly throughout the process, securing an offer within around three weeks of the property being on with them and helping to move things along as quickly as possible. I had around five agencies around to value our peoperty prior to putting it on the market. Out of all the agencies that came around I had a very good impression of Kerr and co. Robert really understood the area and had such an insight into the market and how fast things were moving at the time. This was proven as even before our poperty was published on the internet Kerr arranged for a potential buyer to view the property and we had an offer within a few days. They definitely don't waste time. After that, Andrew was very good at following the process, organising the EPC as soon as reuqetsed and chasing solicitors to speed up the process. I was very happy with Kerr and co. and their knowledge and experience of the area is extensive and from our experience better than any other agency in the area thus I would highly recommend them.

Kerr & Co provided us with an honest and personalised service that is so rare amongst estate agents these days! Both David and Andrew were quick to respond to any queries and always kept us abreast of any developments as and when they arose. The quality of service compared to that of the larger firms was definitely noticeable as their approach was to be proactive without being pushy. If you are thinking of opting for some of the more familiar names on the high street, don't! The level of care will not be better and the outcome, regardless of what the agents tell you, will not be faster or make you more money. Having started the process with a larger agent, this was our experience.

Kerr and Co. (David and Andrew to be precise) provided us with an excellent service from beginning to end. They were friendly, organised and professional. Most of all, we always felt that we could trust them and there was none of the 'bs' that you hear so much about in the sector (and sometimes encounter).
We marketed our property with them at the beginning of the summer, after three unsuccessful months with another agent in the area. It was very quiet in July and August due to the Jubilee and Olympics, but as soon as the market picked up again they found us a buyer. After a price was agreed, they remained very attentive and helpful in pushing the sale through, beyond the call of duty at times in answering our general questions about selling and moving.
Overall we would recommend Kerr and Co. very strongly. It's hard to imagine an agent doing a better job at selling a flat like ours in a location like ours.

We have just exchanged and extremely happy and satisfied with the service provided by Kerr. David has been incredibly helpful and supportive throught the whole process. since the first offer was made and then when the last offer was accepted he has kept us updated all the time and he was very quick to reply to our email/requests.
Also I am very impressed with honesty and fairness that has been shown; in the past, we have come across many agents/agencies that were playing games to push prices up, keep saying that other offers were made when was not the case.
I would definitively reccomend this agency and for sure will use in future.

I looked at three Agents in the area, and selected Kerr & Co, and i was not disappointed. In a very difficult market at no time did i consider using other agents. Chris Kerr and his team were always very professional and made what could have been a very stressful time so much easier.

We were given an estimated selling price substantially higher than the other estate agents we visited, although this was not achieved, it 'tested the market' and the final selling price was still 20% higher than the next highest estimate.
Andrew worked assiduously to achieve the highest possible price for us and we agreed a very fair sliding commission scale.
Once buyers had been found, David took over the potential sale and worked tirelessly to overcome various obstacles such as an unexpected and extensive planning application submitted by the property's neighbour.
I would unreservedly recommend Kerr & Co to anyone wishing to sell a property in the Shepherd's Bush / Hammersmith area.

We have taken your comments on board and made sure that this member of staff is more communicative and fully briefed on all properties. Unfortunately appointments do sometime over run causing a knock on effect for later appointments this is something we try not to let happen but there will unfortunately be instance hence the neede to call people before their appointments.
