I've just cancelled my contract with KP after 4 months of shoddy customer care, missed appointments un-returned phone calls... you get the picture. My first time at selling a property so I'm possibly a little naive but I'm switching to an agent who gives a damn!

My house sale has been a shambles from beginning to end. So far it's taken 6 months and we still don't have a moving date. A little excessive to say there is a very small chain!!!!
