I have bought and sold a number of properties through them over the years. The advice and help they have given me over the years has made it possible for me to semi retire at the age of 45. This would not have happened without there extensive advice they have provided. They are my first agent of choice.

I have sold two houses and bought one using Keats. All three transactions were handled efficiently and professionally. Will continue to use them in the future and have recommended them to friends.
Can't help thinking that the bad reviews might have been submitted by local competitors.

I bought my house through these guys. On completion Jeremy called up to say it had all gone through and we could move in. Great news!
And then he said, "I never thought your house was worth the money you paid for it. Funny that." I cannot imagine what he might have said to make me feel worse.
10 years on and this still burns me every time I think of it, because as a sales professional I take pride in what I do, and clearly Jeremy takes no pride, has no self esteem and is a loser.

The worst estate agents / letting agent I have ever encountered. take months to get anything done, do not return phone calls / emails / letters. Same story ever time.
