As a previous landlord in Southampton, I used KR Lettings to rent my flat.They failed to reply to emails, and when the tenant finally left owing two months rent, they failed to provide the TDS with an accurate summary resulting in me losing over

I went to see a property that was on their books. The agent turned up late, she was very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. I tired to call as I was intially interested in the property, but they were very rude and I didn't bother in the end. I would not use this estate agent again. The property was a mess and did not meet safety standard expected when renting out a property.

The only agent in Southampton I have came across so far with some semblance of decency. They were courteous and helpful though I could not take the property in the end as my housemate pulled out.
