Kevin was very helpful in finding the right property for me in what is a maze for someone who is from Out of Town! Jorgensen's really know the area well , they quickly arranged viewings , pulled out all the stops and got me moved in within just a few days . They work well as a team and I even shared a few jokes with the lady who did my check in. All in all a great service from nice people who are wiling to go the extra mile.

In what was or indeed is, the most difficult of times to sell a property, I managed to secure the sale of a Mid terraced house with Jorgensen Turner, and, at very reasonable rates, indeed some 1/2% below most agencies fees.
Friendly and efficient are the two words which probably sum up best my experience with them. Having had no less then four agents, including trying to sell at Auction, Paul Jorgensen and in particular Gurdeep Bharj, were successful where numerous others had failed. Whilst its true that the price of a property is of greatest consideration, there is little point in marketing yourself out of the interest of potential buyers.
Courteous, thorough, and never pushy,( this I found least appealing with other Agencies) Jorgensen Turner found me a good and steady stream of viewings at convenient times. I would certainly recommend them. Thank you for your help.Was this review helpful? Yes

Gurdeep, our agent was as professional, organised, knowledgeable and genuine on the first day I met him as he was the day I exchanged. He took us to see the property on numerous occasions, never making us feel rushed and always able to answer our sometimes in depth questions.
I found Gurdeep and the company very easy to deal with, and dare I say genuine... which is unheard of in the estate agent world!
I will definitely be calling Paul and his team if and when I sell the property as I have found them a pleasure to deal with.

I dealt with Mikolaj Jachowicz at Jorgensen Turner who was very efficient, friendly and helpful. I was able to arrange a viewing within a couple of days and moved in about two weeks later, all the paperwork was sorted out for me including out of hours contact number which I had to use when the boiler broke and this was dealt with and fixed extremely quickly. Also all utilities contracts were sorted for me so all I had to provide was my bank details for direct debits. I would deinitely recommend this company to use for renting a property.

I dealt with Kevin just before Christmas - my tenants had just told me they were moving out in the first week of January, so not exactly ideal time to let a new property.
Kevin was very honest with me from the outset, he didn't promise me the earth, was open about fees and how much I'd get in my hand per month if he found me some tenants. Crucially, he said he was willing to work through the Christmas period - when other agents I'd met had just wished me 'Merry Christmas, see you next year' when I wanted my flat let before the year was out..!

Very professional agency, much more so than other large corporate agents which I tried prior to using JT. They have friendly, knowledgeable staff and were pro-active with marketing our flat. Much happier to give the fee to an independent local agent than pushy, expensive chain agency.

I'm generally keen to support local trade and Jorgensen Turner illustrate perfectly why, especially when dealing with the sale of property, is is advisable to do so. The extremely personable team inspired confidence with their understanding of the area, the likely outcome of the sale of my property and how best to go about achieving the desired results. They were extremely competitive in pitching for the instruction and always delivered on their promises. I would have no hesitation in recommending them, they performed their role efficiently and, ultimately, effectively and I think we all got what we wanted out of the arrangement.

I contacted Mikolaj Jachowicz of Jorgensen Turner via my friend's recommendation where Jorgensen Turner helped her find a very good flat near Shepherds Bush. I found Mikolaj is very friendly, patient and is ready to meet all my requirements and solve my concerns which is quite rare among other estates agents.

I have been dealing with JT for a few years now. They have been letting out 3 of our properties regularly. Always found them to be honest, reliable and very helpful. I would always recommend them to other landlords because i trust them. I don't however agree with the tenancy renewal fees which they and other agents charge. I feel this is unnecessary and if they were to remove this charge then this would be one of their biggest selling point!!

After a few lacklustre weeks of searching with some other agencies, we chanced upon Grace H at Jorgensen. She was determined from the outset to help find us a place that not only suited our budget and timings, but also us as tenants. She listened to what we wanted, and only showed us properties she thought would suit.
We are now very happily settled in our new home. Overall, we were very pleased with not only the professionalism and persistence of Grace and her team, but also their humour and personality !!

We chose to let our property with Jorgensen Turner after a bad experience with another (now closed) agent. It was a good choice. They were quick to find good tenants and deal with all the checks and paperwork required. They have always been efficient and swift to resolve any problems and answer any questions. We dealt with Mikolaj who handled arrangements and all went smoothly with easy communication over the many details to sort out. We have also dealt with Kevin and Magda - and all staff at JT are friendly and helpful.

After some bad experiences with other, bigger agencies I finally received brilliant service from Jorgensen Turner. Paul is an honest agent who knows the local area incredibly well. I wasted a lot of time with other agents who believed they could sell my property for an over inflated price, only to then waste my time and quickly go back on their promises. Paul was straight forward, efficient, offered great advice and very quickly got me a buyer. Gurdeep dealt with all aspects of the sale and communcation. His manner is polite, efficient and extremely professional. I cannot fault Jorgensen Turner as a solid, local agent, which is exactly what one needs in these current times.

Magda is a brilliant estate agent. She is friendly, knowledgeable and responded to all of our concerns and questions almost immediately. And she continues to do so now that we have moved in.
Having dealt with a number of estate agents on our househunt (all of whom were either incompetent or acted with no integrity), we found Magda to be a rare exception to the norm. I would definitely recommend JT.

Andrew was very laid back and honest, which we found very refreshing and which we very much appreciated. Jorgensen Turner agency enabled us to find the flat we were really looking for. More than a property, we also found a good quality service : nice and available staff, good advice, and well organised agent.
The flat was delivered on time, we had all the information we needed to start (documentation, landlord details) and the cleaning had been made.

Since taking over the lettings they have been extremely professional at all levels in their handling of the properties from mandging on leaving, finding, vetting and follow up paperwork with first class communications from all staff. Following a change in personal circumstances, I needed to find a flat at very short notice. I went in and registered my details with Andrew on the Tuesday night and by Wednesday lunchtime was viewing the flat I have since moved into.
I found the service offered - principally from Andrew, but also from the rest of the team when required - to be excellent: helpful, dedicated, accommodating and comprehensive. I have to say, this is reflected in the administration fee on signing agreements, but as my dad always said "you get what you pay for"! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andrew and JG's services to anyone.

Two years ago when I was buying a flat in the Shepherds Bush area I meet all the estate agents, Jorgensen Turner was without a doubt the agents that came across as the most straight talking and sincere. So when I needed to sell my flat two years later I new that they where the agency I wanted to use. But you are supposed to get three quotes, from three different agencies, so I did. I picked Jorgensen Turner and they sold the flat within two weeks and got me more money for it then any agency had quoted including them selves. I would highly recommend them booth as a buyer and a seller. Nice people and very, very professional.

I am very pleased with the help that Grace Ho has given me to find me a house. She was always very pleasant and available for any doubts. The only remark I would make would be to be more specific in what a refurbished house is. I was expecting more facilities at the house than I found (even though I should have asked more details about it too) but this was the only point that wasn't completly clear to me. My lettings agent Andrew Carre was very helpful and gave a very personal serivce. We were given honest information about the area and what we could get for our money. Andrew is always on hand to answer any queries and the service is efficient and professional. The opening hours are goood, late evenings and weekends which is useful as we both work full time. The service we have received has helped us settle into the area (we came from the other end of the country) and I would recommend Jorgensen Turner to other tennants.

Jorgensen Turner have been an outstanding real estate agents to deal with. Grace Ho the real estate agent I dealt with was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Being relatively new to renting in the UK she was very understanding of my situation and very helpful with providing me with all the information I needed regarding renting a property and conditions of the lease. As a whole they were very thorough and provided me with everything i needed, and they were very easy to communicate with both via email and over the phone. It really took the stress out of finding a house to rent i rate them 5 stars and recommend them for tennants, landlords and buyers alike

I bought a flat using Jorgensen Turner using a sales agent called Gurdeep. The flat sale completed in 8 weeks. It was an extremely smooth purchase.
Gurdeep liased with both solicitors and pushed the sale through, he picked up information that needed signing and drove to my house to drop it off to expedite the purchase. He also liased with the vendor about purchasing some goods from the house and this was also really seamless.
Gurdeep is an extremely efficient negotiator and coordinator, as are Jorgensen Turner

I would definitely recommend JT for lettings in the shepherds bush area. We rented a property near olympia on a 12 month lease and they were very responsive throughout. I won\'t pretend everything with the rental went entirely smoothly - but they were proactive in sorting things out when things did go wrong and usually things took one phone-call / email rather than having to chase - which I\'ve found myself doing with the bigger chains. They were flexible when we needed to change our move out date. Check in was easy and they took time to talk through the main terms in the contract which was appreciated - check out was smooth and we had our deposit back within the week which was also appreciated. Fees are around about what you would expect to pay wherever you go. So all in all we got exactly what we wanted with not much hassle.

It's taken us a long time to buy our first property but Jorgensen and Turner have been extremely helpful with the purchase. Paul marketed and sold my Galloway Road property in Shepherd's Bush recently. I was very happy with Jorgensen Turner's service, and found Paul and his colleagues professional, proactive, and generally just a nice bunch of people to deal with.
Getting to the point of exchange had its ups and downs, and Paul kept cool, calm and collected throughout, and really worked hard to get us to where we needed to be.
Overall a great experienced, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jorgensen Turner.

I got a very good service from Jorgensen Turner. Kameron was in charge of my purchase and I found him to be very efficient in chasing up actions, concerns and agreements with the vedor. I'd already heard how great these guys were, but JT provided a service far higher than I could have expected. I was in the difficult position of having to sell two flats simultaneously. The staff at JT, and especially Paul, were helpful, friendly and personable. They had a no-nonsense, honest approach and I always felt that they were looking out for my interests. I couldn't believe in when my two flats sold within a week of each other, without a single hitch. Two seamless transactions and a very happy vendor! Having reviewed many local estate agents, my husband and I felt that Jorgensen Turner were the most honest and realistic and we trusted them much more then the other 'bigger' names in the area.
We were made an offer on our two bedroomed flat within a week through Kam, he was very good at communicating with me, he was friendly and very hardworking.
The process took two months to complete (which was longer then had been indicated as the norm), I am not sure that this was not the lawyers needing some pushing (I know I was on my side).
I would have rated JT with 5* but a week prior to completion a 'sold' board went up (when we had said numerous times that we did not want any board) however this was removed very promptly.

I had a terrible experience with Jorgensen Turner. They offered me a flat whih I accepted at the seller's terms (below the marketing price). They promised me I would pull the flat off the market and we could complete within 14-28 days (cash buy).
I started getting worried when the flat wasn't taken off the market. As a result, I pushed the agent to do that. She promised me that this was done, but it wold take effect after 24 hours only. Of course, this was not true and in fact, the flat is still on the market.

Myself and my girlfriend were moving down from Worcester to London and registered with several agents around London. Natasha Henry from your Shepherds Bush branch stood out as being the best agent we dealt with.
On initial contact Natasha was the only agent that registered us properly, gave us her name, had knowledge of her area and properties available.

On the day before recieving the keys suddenly a administration fee of 200 pounds + VAT appears out of the blue!
During a two-three week process this fee has never been mentioned to me, my agent or a friend of mine who first inspected the apartment. I do not have anything against a fee but I want to be informed about it upfront at this stage of the process if felt like blackmail. I would avoid them at any cost.

Because of a sequence of events too boring to explain here, we had to move flat quickly a couple of weeks ago.
We wanted to move to Shepherds Bush and, after spotting a suitable flat on Gumtree, we contacted Jorgensen Turner.
Within days the deal had been done, along with the inevitable paperwork!
From initially finding the flat on a Wednesday, we had moved in by the following Tuesday - fantastic.
Can I thank the team at Jorgensen Turner, and particularly Natasha Henry, for a fast and efficient service.
I unreservedly recommend using Jorgensen Turner if you want to rent or buy in W12.

As a landlord living overseas (France) I entrusted the full management of my property to Jorgensenturner who have done a fantastic job. Rent collection, statements, repairs and maintenance of the property have all been taken care of and I'm sent regular updates. I dealt with Paul and Kam, two very professional individuals, they identified from start to finish my wants and needs. Friendly/helpful staff. Staff returned calls in a timely manner and were always available. Dealt with issues quickly. Any mistakes on part of the estate agent dealt with very quickly and in a very courteous manner. I would reccommend.

Jorgensen Turner provided a good service and I recommend them.
Natasha and Richard, who we dealt with, were honest, professional and trustworthy and took good care of us. I have had bad experiences in the past with letting agents and but my experience with Jorgensen Turner has shown me there are some good agents out there.
Their knowledge of the local area was also impressive (as is their enormous map of Shepherd's Bush).

The impression I'm getting from jorgensenturner is that they are the real deal. The manager we are dealing with, Kevin Pearcey, is not only polite and friendly but he also seems to have our interests at heart. This is the first time we have used an agent and so far I am impressed.

Natasha was a great agent to deal with, very professional. Not dominant, honest and understood our needs during our search. Natasha was thorough, and contacted us at regular intervals to see how how search was going. It started well then the Sales manager wasn't as professional as he seemed to be - really mucky service throughout . He was always late and never returned calls. He was unable to to give clear details and didn't seem bothered by his level of service. I will not use them again!!!

The service at Jorgensen Turner has been completely stress free. The fact that they found tenants for me within 24 hours was truely amazing. I was also impressed so find pictures of the flat on their website on the same day they took them. I would recommend using them and no doubt I will continue to use them in the future.

 could not have been more different.
Instead of throwing out sky-high prices, Jorgensen Turner were honest and realistic with me from the outset about what I could expect to get for the property, how the property would be marketed and the likely timescale of finding a buyer - something which could not have contrasted more from the other agents that I spoke with.
I was impressed by their experience, enthusiasm and local knowledge. They were extremely pro-active in staying in touch with me along the way, and right throughout the selling process partner Paul Jorgensen ensured I was always kept right up-to-date with where we were at all times. My e-mails and phone calls were always returned extremely promptly, and I found all staff extremely friendly as well as faultlessly professional.
If I heard that somebody in the local area was intending to sell through a different agent, then from my experiences I would strongly advise them to reconsider and use Jorgensen Turner instead. They were in a different league to all of the other estate agents that I dealt with, it's as simple as that.

I would have rated JT with 5* but a week prior to completion a 'sold' board went up (when we had said numerous times that we did not want any board) however this was removed very promptly.

When the flat was still being advertised a week after everything was agreed, I got a friend to call Jorgensen to confirm if the flat was still available. To my surprise and shock, she was told that the flat was still available and open for offers.
In the end, I set her a firm deadline. After this lapsed, I got an email from her saying that the vendor changed his mind and is now not selling the flat, because the service charge has gone up and he wants to ride out the times, waiting for a better price. This is the complete opposite to what she has been saying before (vendor going overseas and just wants to get out).
The next day I spoke to Paul Jorgensen after having complained, who made up a completely different story, saying that there was disagreement between the sellers (a couple) about the price but actually they are keen to sell and he was trying to get an offer out of me. Right now, the flat is still on the market.
All in all, this was a complete waste of time and I am disappointed personally about being lied to and played in this way.
