Bad

When you call the office for Jordan Fishwick, the man on the call waiting system tells you that they pride themselves in giving the best level of customer service. This isn't true. We have had the following problems with them:

1) They charge £125 to do a reference check. On the day of our move when all our belongings were packed and we were ready to move in they called to let me know this check had not been completed. I had to call my employer myself and put them in contact with the reference agency. This took me 5 minutes, so how they managed to spend a month not doing it is beyond me. I imagine they also charge the landlord for doing the credit check. So they profit twice, but don't even do it.

2) We asked them to move some of the furniture out of the flat, 1 week before moving in. They said that was fine. They didn't do it, and still haven't.

3) They all speak in an irritating way, and never call a flat a flat. They call it a property. And they call buildings 'developments'.
