We have just sold our house through Jones Robinson. It's been 16 years since we last sold a house and we have been delighted with the process, service and outcome. Our initial contact was with Charles Robinson. He was very positive about the house we were selling and quickly picked up on the features that would be of interest to prospective buyers. Viewings were handled through the agent and we received feedback to each viewing within a few days. The actual sale process was very smooth and we were kept informed by the team at the agency.
On completion day a light fitting broke and as I didn't have time to find an electrician I asked Jones Robinson who organised the whole thing for me.Was this review helpful? Yes

Paula Rudge and the whole office were very efficient throughout the sale and marketing process providing regular feed babk at all times.They were instructed after another agent had had a sole agency and outshone the first agent in every way. When the sale was agreed Deborah kept a watch on things and notified us when there was a problem so we were able to act accordingly.The sale completed yesterday and to the end they were efficient and courteous.10/10 for the Lambourne office.

Paula and her team were very effictive communicators. throughout the whole process of the sale I was kept informed and received immediate feedback following a viewing.

Anna Lyons has provided us with outstanding service, right from the very outset. She turns up on time for viewings, is excellent in her communication and is always happy to help with queries. She is a true asset to the Jones Robinson team, and I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend them in the future.

Our previous agent had provided us with a very close and personal service for 5 years, so, we were a little concerned that this may not be the case with a much larger agent such as Jones Robinson.
Our concern was unfounded, they and in particular our contact Vicky Broadbank have been excellent, a combination of regular and thorough visits and quickly addressing and rectifying any issues, have made Jones Robinson a pleasure to deal with.

Overall the level of customer service we receive from Hollie at Jones Robinson is very good. We have been in regular contact with her over the two year period we have been in the property (with regards to various issues) and they have always been sorted in good time. We do feel that the communication from the Property Management Company (OM) could be vastly improved; but this does not reflect on Jones Robinson. Hollie, Vicky and Anna have provided us with a good service and we would happliy recommend Jones Robinson.

I've now been using Jones Robinson to manage a property for me for around 2.5 years. When I started out, I visited most of the other letting agents in Newbury and they were by far the most helpful. Since then, I've been impressed by the personal level of service that they offer - they have dealt with all the maintenance issues on the property without any difficulty and it's been a huge relief to me to feel that the property is in safe hands. There has also been the odd occasion when things have needed to be addressed rather more urgently, out of office hours, and I've been particularly grateful for the prompt and effective communication at those times.

Richard was fantastic from the moment we met to the day we bought the house. He was friendly, informative, realistic and above all else always at the end of the phone or on email to answer any questions.
Once the puchase was going through Deborah was a great resource at Jones Robinson and was also very quick to reply to any questions I had.I have no hesitation in recommending Jones Robinson as an agent and would use them again in the future should we move again in the area.

After a very impressive meeting with Paula Rudge my husband and I agreed that we would be placing our property for Sale with them a few months in the future.
We were then amazed to find in the current economic conditions that before we had put the property on the market or even printed the brochure Paula brought round a couple that loved the property and made us an offer within 48 hours of first viewing it.

Firstly I would like to say what great service Anna provided when I was first looking for somewhere to live she gave an honest option on the properties I looked at and worked really hard to get things done on some very tight timescales in order for me to move in to the property I chose.
The excellent service continued when the management of the property I rented was then handed over to Hollie Howe who is always helpful and provides excellent customer service, be it for something that needs fixing or a general query the team are always very responsive to what ever I needed help with even down to the maintainance team who are really good and really helpful if something goes wrong. Too often you can find yourself with a letting agent who never responds to your call or issue but I have always received a timely response from Hollie and a solution to whatever query I have.
I consider Jones Robinson to be very professional with a good team of people that compliment the company so be assured that whether you are looking for a new home to rent or buy you are in good hands.Was this review helpful? Yes

We are new to the market as tenants, having lived in tied accommodation before. More helpful than any of the other agents we visited (we did call on several); this was the first property we were offered and was a perfect match for our needs. There was a glitch at our first viewing - but staff made every effort to solve the problem quickly and with minimum inconvenience.
Since moving in we have had timely and accurate communication; the very few practical issues we have had with the property (such as dripping taps) have been dealt with effectively. It's reassuring to have a link between us and our landlord which is professional and which we can trust.

Marc was polite, professional and friendly throughout the whole process of moving into our new flat; from the viewings to dealing with the contract and finally moving in.
Marc was prompt in answering any questions we had and was often contacting me to inform me of new properties appearing on the market. When the right property did turn up, everything was done quickly and efficiently, allowing us to move in within a week of choosing our flat.

A trusted estate agent in the area, we had no hesitation in approaching Jones Robinson to help us sell our late Mum's flat. The flat was on the market for much longer than we anticipated. We were advised this was mainly due to it being a warden-monitored retirement property and hence a unique market, plus there are lots of newer, better equipped flats than ours in the area. So we were prepared for lower offers and the resulting price achieved was indeed lower than we had originally thought (and quite a lot lower than our mother had paid 3 years before). However once we had commited to the sale, the process was wonderfully quick and smooth. Jones Robinson kept in good contact with us throughout the process and we would recommend them.

Three things especially stand out in the service Anna provides.
1. Consistent and timely communication.
2. Clarity of outcome and efficiency in dealing with the action/s required.

the estate agent I used were extremely professional helpful and practical at what was an extremely stressful time for us. Paula and Deb kept me fully informed at all times and also intervened when the people I was purchasing from became agitated with progress not being as fast as they had hoped. they kept me calm and I would recommend them to anyone.

Superb customer service provided by Richard Login at Jones Robinson. Richard achieved a top price for the sale of my property in extremely tough market conditions. An excellent and friendly service from Paul Hodgson, and from Deborah in the follow-up work.
Paul valued the property realistically. His knowledge of the local market is superb. I found him to be helpful, friendly, and trustworthy. He was able to identify 'timewasters' and made sure he got us the best price for the property. The property was sold within a week.
The follow-up work, in terms of meeting required dates, wasn't easy. Deborah did an excellent job of keeping the deal going and ensuring that it completed successfully.
I would recommend Jones Robinson (Newbury branch) to anyone.

I am very pleased that I asked Jones Robinson to manage the sale of my property. You can never predict how simple or complex a house move will be, but it is at those times when things aren't really going how you would expect that you appreciate professional support. From my initial contact with Charles through to working with Deborah during the later stages the service given was always extremely professional. Contact was maintained at all times which made you feel far from being 'just another client'. All members of staff at Jones Robinson were polite, prompt, and thorough, giving you the confidence to let them deal with your house sale/purchase whilst you manage the rest of your life!

In these difficult times financially an estate agent's job must be hard but all the way through the sale of our property in Lambourn we were pleased with the professional approach and enthusiam Paula and her team showed. They were always there to offer advice and reassurance whilst the property was on the market and once the offer was made they along with the solicitors steered it to a speedy conclusion.

We'd like to recommend Paul Hodgson to anyone looking to use Jones Robinson. We initially had an offer accepted which is when we first met Paul. Sadly the sale fell through and we took a massive confidence drop. Paul was there at every stage of negotiation, every phone call, every e-mail, he was the definition of superb! Dealing with Jones Robinson was a pleasure especially with Richard Login. He always kept us up to date on the viewings we had and what their thoughts were after the property. A fresh approach is welcome. We did a 4 week marketing period followed by best and final offers. The team have been great, this is the 4th or 5th time I have sold a house and the 1st time the estate agent has done what they promised. We are not done yet, as we are still looking for a property to move to, but so far we have been very impressed.

I have been a tenant in a property that is rented by Jones Robinson. When we moved in we dealt with a gentleman called Marc. At the time, he was considerate, articulate and professional in his approach to the way he dealt with our move. Since that time, we contacted him directly with a couple of questions and have always received an excellent level of service. Unfortunately, we have now moved out due to work commitments and required a quick release from our tenancy, i spoke to Marc who assured me he would do all he could to assist us. Sure enough, he agreed to terminate our tenancy early after he managed to find a new tenant to take the property on. From start to finish Marc and the rest of the team at Jones Robinson have been superb. I would definately use them again!
