    Never payed in rent that tenant provided without me asking and calling several times (average delayed 3-4 weeks). Did not carry out inspections or checked property ever.

    When tenant reported faults around the property, they never made repairs without us finding out directly from the tenant and urging/organizing repairs ourselves.

    When I closed the contract with them, they charged me 1 year of their '
