Jon Rosi were expensive, rude, unhelpful and tried to take money from our deposits for damage that was in the property before we moved in despite this appearing on the inventory. Upon moving they waited until the last legal day before returning our deposit and have since ignored me when mail was sent in error to the wrong address.

The house was overpriced and in very poor condition, the landlord and letting agents would not help when essential work was needed that left us without hot water for over two months.
