It has been well over 28 working days and still waiting for my deposit to be returned to me. I contacted them on numerous occassions and have not received any explanation why my deposit has not been returned. Extremely poor performance. Would never ever recommend to anyone!!!!

I have dealt with Jon Hallett for over 8 years now and they are the best letting agent in the Reading area. They are incredibly professional and always give 100% to secure new tenants for me. If you are a Landlord and you require a letting agent in the reading area then I would not hesitate to recommend them. If you are a tenant looking for a property to rent in the reading area then I have always had excellent feedback from my tenants as well. I have used them extensively and have never had any problems or issues.

Slimy company.
Excessive and greedy charges.
Useless and rude personnel.
Ever had an estate agent let themselves and their clients into the property you are renting while you are there without nocking / ringing the door bell first?
Ever had an estate agent let a property to you which has a faulty gas boiler that hasn't passed inspection?

This deposit was returned to Jana in full. Whilst we appreciate it took longer than usual to return, we did experience delays beyond our control, as a result of outside patrties actions.
