Since moving to london, we dealt with over 15 estates agents, we never had any bad experience except john payne. They were not friendly and rude. We found one property we were interrested in, after viewing it we were quite keen but they somehow keep telling us that it was not a suitable property for us. We asked them for reason, we would have understood if they were honest with us and keep us informed but they seem to ignore and meddle about, trying to distract us with another properties. I find the way they dealt with us very unprofessional. I would not recomnd them to anyone.

I decided to use John Payne after a very bad experience with another local agent and I have to say that the difference between the two was chalk and cheese. John Payne were very unlike the stereotypical agent I found them to be professional, trustworthy and very knowledgeable, highly recommended!

We couldn't be happier with John Payne. They were quick to respond, professional and got us the price we wanted for our house. Highly recommended!

John Payne is a "pain" right from the start. They took ages to prepare a brochure, would'nt do accompanied viewings, no feedback (you will have to call them at least 5 times to get them to return your call), would'nt sell the house to people when they would call. I would say if your house sells somehow, it's not because of them, it's because you have been lucky against all odds!
