Terrible service and a distinct economy of the truth epitomise this agency. Customer service is a phrase they have probably never heard of.

A distince lack of customer service for both tenants and landlords leads a lot to be desired following my experiences with this agent. I would like to see how John German justifies its management fee to its landlords.
