I regret the day when I met GM! I fell in love with the property he showed me, but I did not know what I was about to put myself through.
He is unprofessional, rude, greedy, the worst sales man I have met. A real liar and does not respect anybody but himself.
AVOID HIM IF YOU CAN!!!!

I had the misfortune to deal with Gary Mehra for the rental of a property, his conduct was rude, unprofessional, downright disgusting and I hope nobody has the misfortune to experience his incompetent behavious that I had to. He really does live up to the estate agents reputation of being slimy, greedy and unprofessional.

I totally agree about Gary Mehra being unprofessional and greedy - many promises made but not kept to, just wants money in his pocket - however once you have got over his seedy letting manner other members of the team took over and handled matters very well and in a friendly and efficient way.
